What are you talking about? The troops have been getting paid. If your talking about higher salary that's a whole different story.

As for the troops and police at this event they should all get fired along with their leaders. Men who are incapable of securing a single location are worthless.

They have not been paid for months now.

^^ The troops not being paid every now and then has nothing to do with Abdiweli. Even the Ugandans haven't been paid. Somalia is a beggar nation. Troops get paid when the money arrives from the donor nations. Let us stop spreading misinformation. You are making it sound as if someone is hiding money in trailers.

Xaalado Mushaar la,aan ah oo soo wajahday ciidamada midowga Africa ee AMISOM

Xaalad lacag la,aaneed oo soo wajahday ciidamada midowga Africa ee

AMISOM kuwaas oo aan wax mushaaro ah aysan garin mudo 5 bilood ah

inkasta oo ay gaareen goobo ka baxsan gudaha magaalada Muqdisho .

Arinta mushahar la,aanta ah waxaa wax ka qorey wargeysyo reer galbeed ah

oo wax kala socdey xaalada dhaqaale ee heysata ciidamada midowga

Africa ee AMISOM waxaana arintaa u fududeeyey oo xiriir xaga

taleephonka ah qaar ka tirsan ciidamada mushaar li’ida ku dhacday

qeybta Uganda ee AMISOM.

Warkaan ayaa waxaa sii buunbuuniyey ilaa xaaladu cirka isku shareertay

xubnaha ehelada ciidamada joogo gudaha dalka Somaliya waxayna ku

doodeen in wiilashoodu aanay helin dhaqaalihii loogu talagalay ayna

soo wajahday xaalado dhaqaale waxayna gaarsiiyeen in wiilashoodu qadan

wax mushaaro ah mudo bilooyin ah.

You are oversimplifying this thing. Millions of dollars are collected each month from Mogadishu Port & Adan Abdulle International Airport in Mogadishu. If the money is not being used to pay the basic salary of the men & women fighting in the front-lines, then where is it going. It is perfectly pertinent question especially in light of today's horrific attack.

This Abdiweli Cabinet is the most corrupt cabinet in a very long time. Both in technical & moral sense of the word & it shames the previous Omar Abdirashid Sharmarke cabinet when it comes to incompetence & theft.

Making a false equivalence to AMISOM salary that comes from the UN is disingenuous & doesn't answer the question.

The revenues from the port and airport are used to pay city officials working under the mayor and government employees, the troops are paid by international donors.

That's again not true. A certain percentage (13%) was allocated to the Banadir State & it was discontinued after the Abdiweli took office.

Bull, you took that right out your butt.

Show me the statistics and I'll dissect it for you.

Good luck getting "statistics" from this incompetent Abdiweli Government; because doing so will lead to accountability which it's so hostile to. But I have personally gone to the Governor of Banadir's office & asked him about the TFG's contributions & he said whatever little was allocated has been reversed by Abdiweli. His deputy will be visiting Minneapolis this weekend & I can put the question again to him. But I know for fact that the revenue collected from the Mogadishu Port & Adan Cade International Airport go directly to the Ministry of Finance & into the hands of the TFG. Now, if this money is not being used to pay the salary of the TFG Troops & the bills of Mogadishu Administration; then where is going?

At the Mogadishu City Hall, there are Trash Removal Trucks donated by the Turkish agencies. They are all parked & unused precisely because the Governor's office can not pay the fuel costs necessary to run it because of lack of funding from the ministry of *finance.*

That's the reality in Mogadishu & time and again this Humpty Dumpty PM has failed the Somali people.*

You presented false information and alluded to it as if they are facts. We don't do that in SomaliaOnline, take that shit back to Snet.
