Few years back they had massacred a whole village spared no women no children no elders just because this village which was the other side of the border (Somalia) was not paying tax and other Isbaaro like fees. The standard of Liyu Police is to recruit boys and "officers" from Wardheer and send them to Gaashamo, and then to recruit boys from Gaashamo and send them to Wardheer, and this is replicated all over. It's almost guaranteed these will be raping each other's sisters, looting each other's family property and killing everyone. Somalis are too lazy or simple ignore the ploy of Zenawi regime. It is easier and comfortable to blame since that's all we know. Allamagan They are not derived only from his clan and they are ultimately answerable to the Tigray officers in Jigjiga or every town they are in.
