Xaji you know as well as I do that puntland has been on health campaign for a good year or two bringing various foreign doctors from yemen, turkey, and egypt to participate in the rapid response program to people who are ill and cannot afford it. Its been huge success rate with thousands of people in each city being cured of a number of illnesses. Its been such a success the health minister has advised the next round to come are norwegian/uk/swedish doctors.
