Recommended Posts

^nuune, you have lost all perspective.

Marka kale, I find you to be at odds with your other personality, nuune the hoooooooooovah. Waayo, 0ne day you are calling for Mubarak's head, the next, you are pretending to care for Gaddafi, indiscriminately killing his people and who you probably belief to be committing a real genocide, far worse than silaanyo's criminality against SSC.

I would like to know when Nuune A will reconcile with Nuune B and if & when Nuune A and B will get on board and side with the SSC?

We have our hands full as is ya Nuune, lets shift our focus on the dilemma that is Silaanyo, now there is a man indeed of shelling.

Helping the rebels at weakest point is a pshycological move designed to make them subservient to the Powers and dependant on them in future direction of the rebel.oiL too............

Good on the UN and the Western Countries ........ that Animal should be stopped before he slaughters millions of civilians. The silly excuse of a "Muslim" country is wrongly used here. Shall we all watch Qadafi killing all his people coz it is a Muslim country ??? ,,, what are those big-belly Arabs doing to stop him ??? ,,,,

Hmmmm, by the time they get the planning and Nato on board [few weeks at best], it would be too late and the rebels would've melted back to protect their life.

Libya is following the script that Somalia wrote in1989-1991, foreign intervention will only make it worse and give weapons and guns to everyone, even worse when the west accidently kills civilians as they will- it will only make Gaddafi more support/ friends.

Libya closed its air space as a response; however the plan was British and French warplanes go to Libyian air space right away laakin UK at least cannot do this unless debated and approved by parliment. They were hoping they can start by the end of the weekend but that looks less likely. There is also some disagreement about WHAT should be targeted first. All in all, it will take some time- at least by next weekend.

Meanwhile Col Gaddafi army is fast approaching Benghazi, have reportedly launched their first air attacks on the town, targeting the airport at Benina. By next Wednesday Benhazi will be toast and the last rebel hold gone at best reduced to guerrilla warfare.- so who or what is the intervention protecting?

Also where do we draw the line? How about Bahrain use or brutal froce against its people? Who is going to safe them? Must everyone be safed or should we leave people to figure out between them? Would Somalis have a better future left to their own, rather than consent baby sitting by the West.

I dont think this is a burden or war the West can win- they cannot interven in every sitution- it looks like these protest is becoming more common across the rest of the world.

Soy you and North think manta aye teegi so maha??

France said there could be air strikes "within hours", though the details and timing of any action remain unclear- may be an attempt to keep Col Gaddafi guessing.

I dont know- we'll have to wait and see.

11:04am Turkey called for an immediate ceasefire in Libya and said it opposed foreign military intervention in the conflict.

The Turkish prime minister's office said in a statement that a UN Security Council decision authorising military action there was binding on all countries, but said a peaceful solution to the conflict should be found.

Turkey, the only Muslim member of the NATO alliance, has repeatedly spoken out against foreign military intervention in Libya.

Turks come out strong..

Amr Moussa said participation of any Arab state in implementing a "no-fly" zone or in other action would be discussed on a bilateral level as the League's own resolution backing a "no-fly" zone had not specified other steps by states.

The goal is to protect civilians first of all, and not to invade or occupy. The resolution is clear on that point.

We don't want any side to go too far, including Libya by attacking the civilian population. Our main task is to protect the Libyan civilian population. This is our task, this is our goal.

Amir Mousa, is the same old Amir Mousa..
