I never said they were not. Terrorist:Any non state entity or person that uses violence for political reasons. But because some of these terrorist are members of government, they can not be called terrorist so long as they are in the government. This does not mean some of their acts can not called acts of terrorism.

Wrong. A defeat occurs when two forces, opponents or foes of similar or comparable strengths fight. If the strengths are unbalanced or favors one party, what occurs is a setback.

Let me help you out, no one has actually decided on who is a terrorist, since it has being said, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter”. You are indeed trying to justify these men’s heinous acts by pointing out that they are members of the government. So they can’t be referred to as terrorists.

–noun

a person, usually a member of a group, who uses or advocates terrorism.

a person who terrorizes or frightens others.

(formerly) a member of a political group in Russia aiming at the demoralization of the government by terror.

an agent or partisan of the revolutionary tribunal during the Reign of Terror in France.

–adjective

.of, pertaining to, or characteristic of terrorism or terrorists: terrorist tactics.

One that engages in acts or an act of terrorism.

adj. Of or relating to terrorism.

characteristic of someone who employs terrorism (especially as a political weapon); "terrorist activity"; "terrorist state"

a person who tries to frighten people or governments into doing what he/she wants by using or threatening violence

Apparently whether they are part of a government or not they still are terrorists who terrorize innocent people. America is a terrorist state so is Ethiopia!

It doesn't matter whether the ICU knew it or not. The laws of nature state, for a defeat to occur, the strengths have to be equal or comparable. If a setback occurs, the party that had a setback comes back in the future with a strength x-times-fold.

Those laws that u speak of,do not apply in to a military based reality. The rest is un important. Two armies fought, one won and the other lost. Are u suggesting that bigger armies always win in battles?Aah,i could mention some few battles to refresh ur memory, but thats un important either. However, what is important,is that the ICU fought, and unfortunately lost. It's a defeat. One that they got to deal with. :D
