How can you establish a goverment whish is made by the people and for the people, with figures from aborad, through western external funding in foreign Hotels? How are people who dont have the support on the ground can change anyhting? How is a goverment established through clan structure solve a conflict which isnt clan related(anymore)? Shall I continue?
