somalido wa kala jaan... somalis been killing one an other for past 20 years , there is alot of hatered and bad blood , somalis can not be united again... puntland and somaliland will not like to be rulled from muqadisho again, i mean this two regions progressed in last 20years with out muqadisho , they dont need south any more.. its more like south needs north(pland/sland) than north needs south...so why not congradilated them and let them continue their progress? instead of trying to pull them down.

Federalism is the way forward for Somali society. The earlier y'all realise this fundamental fact, the sooner those of you who've surrendered to anarchy as the norm in their respective home regions will work harder to fix 'em.

In a federal arrangement, every province in Somalia will be empowered to make its own decisions for the benefit of its own people. This is a no brainer, in the sense that, the government in Mogadishu will not always know what the people in Gedo, Hiiraan, Bari, and Awdal want. But when decision making for specific areas are taken away from Mogadishu and placed in the regions, then every province in Somalia will have an equal opportunity towards progress. Federalism in this context will bring about competition to excel in national development.

Puntland will not break away as a seperate republic, but it can move away from the centraist driven morons.

MMA: What did Zope get tired of?, this tops your usual nonsense, there was never a federal structure in Somalia. The Bay & Bakool communities wanted it [rightly] but their hopes were dashed.
