we have heard this before but with what? somaliland whole budget is about 25 million a year. Do you know how many military airports "Somaliland" has? Do you know how much fighter jets cost? more then this so called country's entire budget so please stop this none sense unless Somaliland wants to use birds. getting a National airlines for those dirt fields you call airports might be an easier task. when ever i talk to Somalilanders, i find that they have a colossall misunderstanding of what it means and what it takes to be a country. or is that all Somalis now a day?

Public or private, the entire budget is $25 mil, you think that there some secret fund for the militia that exceeds the whole budget because you need a hell of a lot more to make an air force. And what country is gonna sell you anything in fake currency or as you call them, Somaliland shillins?
