Toilet, kitchen is the local IKEA sale on?

Now Ambasador Qudac of Somaliland is giving us some of his inside information regarding the stance of the Arab's. :D:D

The Arab League comunique on Somalia, promises made by Camir Musa, Mubarak, North African leaders, Qadafi's open arm's welcome, Sudan & Yemen's pledge of millitary support is all nothing tangible.

What is real Mr Qudac our man from Somaliland, the 14 year recognition promise, the 3 year invasion of Las Ano and the Parliment elections of March 31? icon_razz.gif

^^^ Love your country brother, but dont lie to yourself. Most of your leaders for example, Warrabe and Riyaale are a joke. You are just another part of Somalia, no one recognises you, like the rest you "nation" is dependent on the UN rations.

As for Juma and Xoogsade [warlord appeasers]

Here is a letter to the Kenyan based Standard Group..From a concerned citizen..

Serious action must be taken on Mogadishu

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The warning issued by the Somali warlords in Mogadishu against the Igaad frontline states of Kenya, Ethiopia and Djbouti is unwarranted, uncouth and devoid of any logical reasoning.

The three frontline states in question have been instrumental in the formation of the Somalia Transitional Federal Government now in place after a gruesome two years.

These states form SomaliaÕs immediate regional neighbours and are totally committed to the achievement of sustainable peace in the country.

I wish to commend the stand taken by the Igaad and the African Union to deploy peace-keeping troops.

It is high time these primitive and uncivilised warmongers in Mogadishu city are taught a lesson by the African Union, the European Economic (EEC) and the United States.

Sudan to send peacekeepers to Somalia

- Friday, April 01, 2005 at 22:03

MOGADISHU, Somalia, Mar 31, 2005 (Sudan Tribune) -- Official report from the presidency of the government of Sudan says that the Sudan has approved to send peacekeepers to Somalia to support the new government led by President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmad.

The Somali media Shabelle said Sudanese government has agreed to send some 2,000 troops to Somalia although there was no official confirmation from the government.

The AU has authorized IGAD -- which comprises Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan and Uganda -- to send peacekeepers to Somalia to help the country's transitional government get a foothold there when it relocates from exile in Nairobi.

Opposition to troops from Ethiopia and Djibouti is running high in Somalia, where the two countries are seen as having ulterior motives in taking part in the mission.

"The United States shares the concerns of the international community and many Somalis regarding the introduction of foreign troops into Somalia ," U.S. State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said earlier this month.

Somalia's transitional Cabinet asked the African Union and Arab League last month to send between 5,000 and 7,500 troops with a one-year mandate to protect the government as it organizes a police force and army.

Ethiopia, Kenya and Djibouti have said they would not send troops if they are not welcome.

Between Duke, Jumatatu, and Qudhac, one would understand why Somalis have become a failure. Guys, finding a common ground to the Somali problem will be in our best interest. So enough insults, and lets look for that common ground.

Duke-Iam afraid Yeey is becoming more like Salad. He is forgetting the success of goverment depends on the support of Somalis Masses, not wat some arab, african or european say or does.

Jumatatu....Your objection to Yeey and co is well noted, but do you have any alternative plan, and how would you exactly deal with Xamar warlords who along with Yeey have partially or fully been responsible for failure of goverments in the last 14 yrs including that of the Arta.

Qudhac....The funny thing is if the articles stated Yemen is going to recognize Sland, you would be one of the first if not the first to post it, and Yemen would have started looking like force to reckon with. Hows Yeey trips any different from that of SLand leaders seeking letigimacy in foriegn capitals. If you ask me all Somalis have been in the same sad state for the last decade, and the difference between you people in the north, and us in Somalia is the peace, and you have God to thank for that.

Xoogsade.Correction bro, all of us are badly in need of goverment. Peace might reign in part of Somalia, but there is poverty and lack of progress everywhere.

On the contrary, The president has the support of the masses, local regional stakeholders and the nations and bodies you mentioned. However who is gainst Yusuf? Only those who have the most to lose, Mogadishu warlords, armed factions, fake religious groups, who else?

If you are honest and sincere brothers, tell me what region and city is against the President outside the areas the armed faction’s control?

Inda Cade, dahir Aways, Suudi Yalaxow, Qaynyare apart who is gainst the government? Who demonstrates. Who’s media are propagating the lie?

For example, Qaynyare’s clan are from Ceel Buur, has anyone heard about a mass demonstration in that place, or in Hobyo/Cadaado, Xaradhere against the government?

Are the people of Gedo against the President?

The “masses†are not against the President or the PM or the cabinet or their aim of bringing security for the “masses†can only gain from this.

Also brother, how do you forget that the President already enjoys the support of the administration of Puntland, middle Shabbele and the majority of RRA faction. This coupled with the above mentioned “masses†makes the comparison Che-G made of Yusuf to Abdiqasin both flawd and irrelevant.

Yesterday Xassan Abshir was saying he has the support of 160 MP's, now you are here declaring the support of 'masses'. War waxaan idin warsadey adiga iyo adeerka se wax ku xisabisaan mise waad iska malaawashaan...?

So, the Presdient, Xasan Abshir and all of the people who elected Yusuf 186MP’s, the people who danced in the streets in support of his election and welcomed him in places like Jowhar, Beledweyne, Bule Berde, Baidoa and Benderqasim are wrong. :D

And , Aways, Indacade, the vote estimator, tool Sharif the warlord occupied boroughs of Mogadishu and Marka, are right?

A simple measure is this, no one outside Warlord areas has ever demonstrated against the government. Also the Government has never lost one confidential vote in parliament or cabinet. 10 out of 73 ministers voted against relocation that includes 4 out of 18 from the dominant clan of Mogadishu. None of the RRA ministers all 9 of them or the 4 ministers from the minority clan supported the warlords.

Another fact out of the 13 MP’s including PM Geedi from North Mogadishu, only 2 warlords, Musa and Finish out of the 13 have gone against the government. What does that tell you?

Admit one thing Juma, the Somali people support the elected leader more than your warlord hero’s. That’s a fact, your idol’s are so scared they are using force, intimidation and fake claims of “Jihad†to try and unnerve the leadership. They are making up clan biased stories to undermine the unity of the cabinet.

Saxiib you lost it and you are counting on past achievements. First and foremost the election of Yeey was celebration for him and well gained one without doubt. That is not under question here saxiib as I have stated so many times before. IT was fair and neatly won election. The question in here is sxb having won the election the old man thought that he has the mandate to make his every single word and idea a rule , he has completely disregarded the fact that he was elected on comprise, he probably thought that it will be easy as Pukeland where people told him that his farts smells perfume because they feared him. He miscalculated his options and chose to embark on a path where he inserts his power through forceful authority. He rekindled tribal animosity rather than simmering it down for the sake of reconciliation. All you have to look at for fact of this is that his main opposers today were the very ones who elected him and chose him to lead this 'reconciling' government.

Duke the picture today of the Federal Government is apparently evident to the fact that the old man'your adeero' lack of ability to lead, negotiate, and stir this nation towards the path of achieving its nationhood through reconciling. He calls himself 'maquuste', the man who started the civil war(where he started puzlles me), the man who has the most WMD in Somalia he boasts and boasts. Now tell me is he child in a school playing ground or is he a man chosen to leed his peers to achieve statehood for his country that is in turmoil.

Many who knew the man gave up on Somalia on the nite Yeey was elected, I prayed that they were wrong, but they were not.

Juma,

Ilaahay ha u naxariisto aabahaa, aamiin. Your piece above is well articulated position that is reasonable and constuctive unlike your usual one liner bombshells. There is no doubt that the President and the Prime Minister miscalculated on the issue of frontline states troops particularly Ethiopia. It will have been much easer for them to have sat down with Mogadishu cabinet ministers and agreed on major issues such as peacekeeping troops and seat of the government. What I am puzzeled is why there could be no compromise since all the MPs showed majority in electing a government? There are two major differenes that can not be bridged.

1. The government can not become hostage in Mogadishu, the graveyard for all previous govts.

2. Ethiopian troops can not part of the peacekeepers.

The success and failure of the government will depend on bridging these two contradictions.

Duke,

I know you are hoping the government to succeed, but I think it is wise to keep some reservation just in case it ends up like all previous atempts. Somali politics just like Somalis are consistant in being inconsistant. There is a Prophetic saying that you should not love someone soo much for you do not know whether they will become your enemy and you should not hate someone soo much that they may become your beloved and you regret your stand. This does not mean you should not bring us the good news about the progress of the government and your support for it. i think you agree that Juma also be our loyal opposition so that the government is kept in check so as not abuse it's power, el la cyber wresteling, fadhi ku dirir
