The men who died some retired and others were killed by a few desperate people who are upset at the progress of the state. More killings have taken place in Minneapolis this year than in all of Puntland. Also Maadey knows that more killing have happend in the Al akebaab held Bakara on a single day than in all of Puntland for the last couple of years.
