The temp lady is not here yet, but she gets paid for a full day- she even txted me at 6am to say she will be in at 10.00am. I am waiting to see what time she rolls in. Now I know why there is always so much work for me to do when ever I take a day off. Silly women is not even here at 11.41am. What should I do? Should I sack her or give her a warning. Maybe today is just a one off. Let see what she has to say when she comes in baal. Or maybe I should ring her, maybe something happened to her on the way to work.
