Hi guys i broke my foot over the weekend in car accident and i am having a major problem with the crutches.They are a pain in the ..... .the hospital showed me how to use them but i was wondering whether there was a more .....shall we say ...ingenious way of doing things based on experience of course.Secondly ..and this one they never told me about ..how do you sratch under the cast?!!!!!!!.

Bro i know i am entitled to sick leave but i i'd rather be here and take care of my workload prior to going on my holiday at the end of the year.As for the sick leave i am saving that for last week of the year!dont want to take ttat as holiday as well.
