Politics aside, what did Madoobe have done for the people who is supposedly representing?

Probably no much in terms of services, but he brought peace to the area at least. Everything starts with peace.  Nabad iyo Nolol would have brought more chaos if they succeeded.

If the so called " debt relief" cannot proceed without Jubbaland or Hir-Shabeelle signing off, then it is not even worth on the paper it's written.

When it comes to Somali issues Ethiopia is glass house. 100 ONLF can scare the Abiy government.
