If everyone respected this good tradition people would move on and get somewhere. People would have answered the question: OK now that Illey is gone, what have you done for the Somali, that you could not do during Illey? No body wants to answer that question.

People cannot recognize the fact that, it takes a lot of work to just convince and make the independent nomad to live by village and town rules.
