^^A/Qaybdeed is by far one of the most effective millitia commanders in the war period. He fought for Aydeed and was a hero at that time for his clan. Even Xasan dahir Aways credited him with fighting the US rangers and lauded his herioc efforts. He has been blamed by many for his actions during the war years. However he continues to be a leader and a hero for his sub-clan. He is the only man who fought the courts till the end. He is now Police chief of Somalia, due to his past career as a Police officer as well as knowledge of Mogadishu militia as well as the clan balance within the security forces. My view is that individuals like Qaybdeed and Dheere are better on board as long as they respect the system and play their part.

^^Adeer only this once will I help you overcomeyour boredom. Mr Dheere was a mid level business man from North Mogadishu, who became an MP in the Arta Parliment. He is a man known for being tough and in 2001 was called by the locals of Middle Shabbele to come and organise the admin there. Long before courts and anyone else Mr Dheere created an effective admin in Jowhar He then got too big for his boots and lost the plot, got involved in the Alliance against terror and lost. With the demise of the courts he was named regional governer and mayor of Mogadishu. He has so far been quite successful in rebuilding the admin of the 16 districts.
