That contributed to the idea of creating new regional government named Maakhir State of Somalia, which is independent from Puntland and Somaliland and will put itself under the Federal Government. JC, what does it matter so long as they are part of the Federal Somalia as highlighted above? I dont care what name or what state the people choose, its still part of Somalia.

The rest of Somalia with reps from Both areas are now holding their own peace talks in Mogadishu like those in Burco & Garowe before them. Thus insha Allah we will all have peace between us. Makhir is a great idea, if it comes to existance will it join Somaliland or wave the blue flag? So who cares if its called Makhir, Puntland or Sanaag as long as it is part of Somali Federal state. its up to the people to decide which Fedral state they want to be in. Puntland is not holly, Somalia is.

^^^The TFG only kills those with guns, finance, you know big shotts. If it wants to kill Somali's there would be more than 1000 as claimed by Ahmed Diriye group in Mogadishu. The SNM, murdered many civilians after the fall of Siyad Barre, notably in Borama. Egal and Tuur war was as bad as any that took place in southern Somalia. Burco became a ghost town and a whole clan was kicked out to Yarowe[is that the right spelling] Thus Riyaale is no doubt the best weapon we have in Hargaysa right now. Long may his reign continue. Riyaale got it right. The arrest of these SNM men was another example of the courage the leader of the North West has shown. He is the elected regional official and should not be played with. Dr Gaboose, Ina Aydeed and Mr Xashi made the wrong move when they played with the man.
