  1. It seems the secessionists as usual have come out to be the most afraid of talk, why not talk, discuss, debate and come to our own solutions? I expected the cheap personal shots from the chief secessionists in SOL, after all they have had a terrible time with the US, UK and world wide snub of their fantasy “recognition” pipe dream. Its been a very difficult time for them, as usual they over play their hand and then get slapped down. It’s important to note that only through talks can the secessionists get what they want, they want to be recognized as one of the big fishes in Somalia. The other side of the spectrum, we must look at every option with regards to our secessionists brothers, war is not the brave option. As for SSC, like Kismayu this is no more than an operational setback. The TFG is winning, the PM has had a warm welcome in Mogadishu, the government is setting the stage for the 2009 elections and a real transition to change. One more point that I will like to address, Ethiopia is an ally to the secessionists and the TFG, it only takes the TFG seriously, thus the anti-Ethiopian sentiment from those who claimed the Ethiopians had an embassy in Hargaysa. So you do not want peace ?
  2. Hobyo region is by far one of the most beautiful regions in Somalia. its development is long overdue.
  3. The Duke road map to ending this nonsence dispute between the North West[Hargaysa] and North East[Garowe]. 1. End all military presence of both groups as well as claims on SSC, regions. 2. A reconciliation conference to be held for all the clans of Somaliland/Puntland regions all of them. This conference should be held in Ceerigavo city Sanaag in the conference the clans, elders, religious leaders should be able to work out a new Somali solution that will put at the centre the interest of every individual of these Somali regions. 3. Every issue should be on the table, nothing Taboo the secessionist concerns, unionists, federalist, centralists and so on.
  4. Let the girls join the debate lads. As for the topic, there is only one passport and thatbelongs to the fEDERAL SOMALI republic.
  5. You shouldn't believe every fictional tale you hear. The 90s are over. The time where you'd here this and that half. I hope that gives you a better understanding of galkacyo Galkacyu is one city. Wonderfull pics.
  6. lool. the corrupt governemnt, adeer its the onlyone you have.
  7. ^^^Adeer I trust my own people, Those in Bakool, Mudug, Lower Shabbale, Hiiraan, Puntland, those from unarmed groups but I do not trust IndaCade, Ahmed Diriye and Xasan dahir Aways and their master Aferwarki. These people turned Mogadishu into a dustbin all these 17 years. They were anti governemnt and attacked the TFG using this same excuse to hide nothing more than clan centric politics. Also no one is worried, the governemnt of Somali's has gained an advantage using the Ethiopinans, Ugandans, and international supoport. Now our army will take its place and deal with this group who are now isolated and crying, ethiopia, puntland, blah.
  8. Galbayte, you have answered it in one. Mogadishu does not belong to clan adeer, its the capital of Somalia. As for the distorted comments about Ethiopians guarding the TFG, they supported the TFG to counter Asmara's support. Now as for tanks, they can be purchased, loaned and as for the army its getting built. What you do not seem to understand is the TFG will soon have its own armed forces much more powerful than any clan militia. This has been done in every country, Ethiopia, Uganda, Burundi. Adeer, reconciliation, is happening under TFG, and as for civilain rights, it was under the TFG that the clan yoke of IndaCade and the clan courts was take. A simple example is lower shabbele and Banadir which are now run by the inhabitants and not Inadcade, Daylaaf, Xaf and other gangsters. The TFG project is irreversable, even those who lost their farms, homes and lands in 1991 are coming back

  10. ^^Adeer are you still trying to comprehend my words. Nur Cade like the previous PM owe their positions not to elections, or the parliment but becuase they were selected by the President, is that difficult for you to understand? Also in terms of power, its the President who has the executive power, like in France. Thus Cade is not irrelevent he is the firts minister, but never the less he is not the President of Somalia.
  11. ^^^Adeer welcome back to SOL, as for Somali leaders I dont think they can contest from Asmara, as its not a Somali region. When the Ethiopian troops leave the clan courts supporters will say all non Mogadishu clans should also leave. Its not the Ethiopians, Its the advantage it gives to the Somali governemnt.
  12. ^^^Thats not a bad aim, Ethiopians will leave. Howeever the clan courts attacked Baidoa, but hey thats history. Again everyone should run for the elections and whoever wins wins.
  13. ^^^lol. Yet you support my monsters underlings, adeer you are not normal.
  14. ^^^lool. Adeer why do you care, Yusuf, Cade, Madobe should all be the same to you right? Are they not all TFG, which destroyed your warlords, crushed your clan courts and brought ina Yey to Villa Somalia? Pardon me, I think you need to find yourself, because unlike the Duke you are flip-flopping from Geedi to now Nur Cade.
  15. AJ, adeer you might sound all moral and sincere to others, but to me you do not. I am from Mogadishu and most of my family including mother live in Mogadishu right now. So go preach to someone else adeer.
  16. I will welcome Mr Sharif Ahmed to run for the top office, he must renounce violence and any attacks of the brave men who he wnats to lead. I also welcome the oppositions shift from war to the ballot, proof that we were wright all along. 2009 for Yusuf.
  17. ^^^Even Yusuf is a humble servant of the nation. Thus as usual you have no point.
  18. Yusufites every where know that. A. That the TFG has put into place the foundation of the new Somali state, a state built on clan equality, were every clan will have a say in the running of the country. Hence you have, Yey, Cade, Adan madobe, Dalxa, Boqoore, Ilka Fanax. The unarmed, the "minority clans" have a great say in this new Somalia. B. The TFG rise saw the end of warlords and armed clan militias, who held, ruled and abused other Somali territories. These include IndaCade[alleged drug baron], Seeraar, Goobanle, Cirfo, Abukar Cadaan, Xasan Dahir Aways. These men used the ports-airports and fertile lands as their own fiefdom. C. The TFG gained the support of the world, US, EU, Ethiopian Military, Ugandan, Burundian, the AU and the UN. They did this by politics and through diplomacy. The opposition gained the support of terror networks led by Eritrea and they lost D. It is the TFG that has stated we will hold elections, we will devlove power, hence why people are now saying, Yusuf 2009, Sharif Ahmed 2009, General Duke 2009. We have this opportunity even those against the TFG want to contest elections. E. Those who declared war, started to send bombs, landmines and used assasination as their calling card, are to blame for the problems that the people of Mogadishu and elsewhere face today. who was it that paraded women & children and declared endless clan jihad's? It was not us Yusufites and TFG
  19. ^^^Thus no one belives in it unless they get paid. Remmeber Tuur was the founder of Somaliland and then went and joined Aydeed. Its all rubish really. And I welcoem the worlds stance in not recognising that province.
  20. ^^^Yey will always have the last word. Remmeber Nur Cade owes his political existance to Yey. However in this case the President was wrong to make those remarks. The governemnt must speak with the armed groups.
  21. ^^^Lincol was unpopular half the nation hated him, but today he is the man who kept the nation together. Yusuf is a man of unity.
  22. lool, Bashi. The new PM must be given a chance, by everyone. He has so far articulated a new message of dialogue with everyone and at any place.
