LST I only saw a tiny little maqaaxi when I was last there. Have no idea if they opened any more. But, if they did, it may be in the Arab suuq. Just beware when you're in those areas; one wrong turning and you'll be face to face with a naked prostitute. At least in Holland you get a warning.
