i don't understand. these people were fighting for areas. Simple north London verse Camden (which is still sort of north London) why would you do that, they all live in bloody council flats and would probably live somewhere else soon. why would you kill someone for something you don't own, it is not yours. WHY WHY I don' get it  st*u**pid*** s*t*u*p*i*d* , that’s two guys dead in 2weeks and one still in coma, we went to visit him and his skull is in a freezer while his smashed head heals, and then they are going to put it back in. the doctor said he is getting better, he sure didn’t look like he was getting better. So back to my question WHY The youngest was 13, why was he out so late, where the hell was his family, WHY did they not know what their kid was doing, WHY. somali guys make me sick  -

must you be so rude and direct. there are other ways of letting people know that it was not funny, read my thread above for refrence on how to do this. Fatman better luck next love

But Somali women are the worst, because we all know women hate women! really i did't know that. Our house use to look like a typical Somali house until me and my brother redecorated it last summer. i have not being to enough Somali house to come to the that conclusion, but i guess it is like when you go to a Somali wedding and everyone is wearing the same style dirac in different colours

^^miiskiin you are, lool i think that normal reaction, some one tell you some one said this or did this to you and you start planning how you are going to punish them without check with the person if it is true or not, especially when someone you trust tells you that. cheers for the advice. in any case they have to find me before they watch me fall and since i live in the library these days, no chance, i don't think those kinda people like educational institutions, so i'm safe for the time. cheers

^^^lool. don't lie somalis regardless can never be friendly and nice, just say it they bullied you, all day everyday

hhhm now that would be strange, if there was a balance. i don't know, just plain weird if it was i for one find it easy to get with guys, so simple and normal, women with the emotional problems constant arguments and talk of men!! there is only so many time i could agree with "can you believe what that "a*sshole did to me" without me pointing out "but remember you did that", and woosh friendhip over.

is this i joke??? i sort of missed it, did't get it at all

1. 1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear Is fine... Really. now that can't be true, especially for a farah, my mum will see you and my edo and my whole clan.... but did you know men really don't mind that? It's like camping. yeah right, not when the sofa can only fit 5.5(length) by 34inch( short and skinny) and your 6.1, 36inch. (tall and fat) nice joke overall, cheers

Incidently, I witnessed two Somali women fighting in the street yesterday. They were not young women but the cay was out of this world (mix of somali, Italian and English)...never heard so much cay in my life. Imagine a hijabed woman screeching 'Fock you' in a heavy Somali accent at another hijabi. Shockingly surreal. My sister and I almost died of laughter. shid, no way. looooooooool how embarrassing. gosh thats funny but embarrassing all in one. as for the topic. i have never been a perpetrator or a victim of BETRAYAL MANIPULATION JUDGEMENT ENVY /JEALOUSY COMPETITION RESENTMENT Not that i know of anyway and certainly not intentionally. I can't speak for accidents/ misunderstandings/ my sub conscious mind. i think GOSSIP is the one i suffered from, at times, but i have escaped that as well. But then again what you don't know can't hurt you As for trusting people. i being on the assumption that you can only trust you and family, no else. but some people grow on you for years, but even then complete trust is not something i would give up easily. they way i see if you don't trust anyone but you then you have no one to blame but you and on top of that, there is nothing people can use to hurt you. After all it is those that are most close to you that can hurt you the most. As for sisterhood. i have one close female friend, and few cuz, all my other close friends are male. so i can't speak for that. maybe thats why i avoid all those problems and complications cheers

more like the pretty/ good looking people, leave people speechless, until they open their mouth, and you notice its just a pretty face and nothing else to it. don't worry about me, i'm just hating, turning green with jealousy / envy

subxnalla. may allah make it easy for you and his family and friends, and inshallah forgive him for his short comings, and grant him janaah

hhm, i agree with jimca Lee, its strange, but i hate it when people say "you look nice, or why are you dressed up, or that colour suits you, or your hair looks nice" it annoys me mor than anything, and i try and change the subject as fast as possible "you don't look too bad your self, anyway today...." i think it is just uncomfortable. and by the way, i don't mind if the person happens to be female, or married or over 40 or white anyone outside of that category. i get ready to ruuuuuuuun

Horse riding, fishing and fox hunting? Axudubillah, I have not lost my identity, give me gaal iyo adhirax and I’ll say yeah otherwise nay to the above. cajjib, oh well looks like i have lost my identity when i was 10 the (first time i went horse riding) who needs somali identity anyway. lool i don't have that much of a big family that i see often, and i'm the youngest, so i can't run after my self now can i. cheers for the suggestion love foxy; back to the subject ibtisam why dont You just go for a long fast paced walk 4 times a week and that should keep the kilos piling on the hips.... foxy sis its so cold, i make it my business never to stay on the outside for more than 20mins, without going somewhere to get warm, maybe in the summer. anyway after searching for ages. i found this lesson in this place in oxford st, £5 for hr, i have signed up for this session called, "legs, bums, tummy" lool. my first lesson is today at 12.30, so i'll see how it goes cheers people

Salaam Global Nomads, The problem with the Somali Youth in diaspora is The Role Models of the ex-drug dealers and criminals turn into Rappers and promoted by Giant corporations like music channels e.g MTV, Universal Music and Paramount playing as a role models for our naive and innocent youth, and turned them into gangsta yob, and little criminals selling drugs on the broad daylight in the major british cities, and they are the children who came from a good homes and decent families but they think this the way forward hip, sleek and chick there prefect role models are the likes as Curtis Jackson aka 50 cent, Tyler, Snoop dog, Jay-Z. there will be a time when Faraax in the mafarish will be like a saint, just wait and see how this kids behave and God knows what kinda of drugs they take. All what they like to say is WAG 1 (the west slang of hello), and Welcome to the future.   idil really what part of UK do you hail from. I’ve lived her all my life and up this day no one has ever asked me my clan. i would probably beat them silly or die of shock. Strange. As for the topic i think we have bigger problems to worry about then our youth in the west. That’s a choice that they make, and it’s their fault for not making use of the opportunities open to them, whether it be education or life style. They have choice to act and life their live in a different way, and they do not deserve sympathy, nor concern. People can only help those that want to be helped. i think instead we should be helping or be concerned about people who have no choice about their life style, yesterday i saw the figures that over 2 million Somalis face death due to drought, starvation and an enduring conflict, it is these people that need your help and concern. Not people who have had all the opportunity to make something of themselves and instead turned to robbery, drugs and whatever else you accuse them of. cheers

its so funny i was just about to post about hamas and then i saw this. anyway what i wanted to say was democracy or hypocrisy. America and Israel both said that the reason it was difficult to deal with Palestine was because it was not based on democracy ut rather on one party system, close to dictatorship, and if they want to move forward with peace plans there must be a democratic environment. the whole week Israel and America pleaded with the Palestine people not to vote for hamas, which was clearly ignored as the won 39.9% of the vote, which fatah (Arafat party won 46%). in response to this America responded last night "our policy has not changed, we have said before and again we say that we will not deal with terrorist, this includes hamas, we will have no dealing with them. what happened hamas won their votes by clear majority and democratic votes. so what’s the problem. They are what the people choice. its crazy, there is no winning, they just want to exchange one form or dictatorship for another.

Another victim of the English language and the new wave of immigrants who sacrificed everything for gaining an excellence in English! i don't class my self as a victim, and i have not sacrificed anything. Apart from the time I sold my soul to the devil. i guess what we have here is another "i know it all" kind of character, bored out of his mind. PLZ farah with all due respect keep your opinions to your self unless they have something to do with the topic in hand, which they clearly don't. Must i remind you that i have a family of my own, and i suggest you worry about what happens in your house hold, it is them you are responsible for not this “new wave of immigrantsâ€. i won't tell you again, run along now

^^^what do i care about physical contact even better i get to beat some people while pretending to be learning which reminds me i use to do kick boxing and in training you were allowed minimum contact, which meant when you were paired up with some you sort of dislike, you use full force and say "sorry was that too hard, ouch are you ok". and where do you live that you can do that for £4, i might move near you then. fishing in the River Thames, there are no fish and the whale died so that’s out of question and it sounds relaxing not challenging, killing fish for the sake of it since i don't even it fish (unless its processed and in a tune tin) Bishaaro good old days haah SB
