I tired to vote ages ago when this thread was only two pages- first I tired to vote for the girl, so I looked around for Juxa, Val, Malika, Blessed, Faheema, KK, young Aaliya and nope no one was on there, then I decide to vote for the liberal Somali men; so I looked for Adam, Ngonge (though he shows worrying signs in his old age) Zack, Che, farah brown or that other kid, Nope they were not there either, Then I decided to remember the last thread I read for each of the guys on there and aside from Nuune I could not remember anything I read on the guys, but I can't vote for Nuune because althoug I like his international Somali status I HATE his jinn stories with passion, they are creepy and it has total put me off Nuune to the point I fear opening his threads. So thats a no no. Last thing I read by Urban was on arts/ car/films or pictures. Goldcoast I dont rememeber and Positive I dont think is the same Positive from few yrs ago, MM gives me a headache with his Somali but he would make a perfect school teacher. JB you are right, it should be bigger than you, laakin your religious thread always come across as a old teacher asking his "dump" students to answer a riddle- he, while sitting at the front of the class with a ruler (you probably have a bat) then mocks their different explanations as stands their with the supposed ultimate answer, waiting for some to give him THAT and only THAT answer. Therefore it is not a debate- Plus i just cant be bothered with religions no more, the whole process is boring and time consuming. I CANNOT deal with emotions most of the time- I hate people telling me their feelings, and seeing people crying even kids makes me feel hopeless and therefore I HATE people crying. I would rather chew off my right arm. There is nothing sweet, sexy or positive about someone- man or otherwise crying. People only cry when they are in pain and it is awful to see someone in so much pain they cry. Add to that: Adults look super ugly crying, the face just kills you, and the mess, eeeew and then u get all soaked and shid with tears, duuf and darer. Avoid at all cost, but chances are you will at one point or another end up comforting someone or another. Last time I ended randomly offering my shoulder to this woman on the tube in tears. Only thing worse than people crying is that sinking feeling when they tell you WHY they are crying, through chokes, hiccups and tears. Even the thought of someone crying is depressing. P.s. BUT when you do find out why they are crying you might wanna beat them if it is a silly reason- like farah/xalimo forgot to call them or the bus left them- you just wanna beat them to give them something to really cry about for real!! errg

JB is just searching for answers, I think the fact he stills posts these questions is NOT an attempt to convert anyone- after all he of all people knows how hard-headed Somalis are, but rather his continuous need to: 1) Justify himself and reason with himself that he is of course right in his own path- i.e. us argue with him verifies his assumption that religious people are deluded, and he consoles himself that at least I’m not a blind believer like him. This arises from psychological discontent/ feeling restless and searching. 2) He is crying out to be saved and for someone to give him a good enough reason to turn him around! (or he feels the need to save us all) 3) Is so excited with breaking "the shackles" that he feels the constant need to validate it, at believer’s expense. Super religious people do the same thing in the other extreme end- the need to shove religion obnoxiously down people’s throat to make themselves feel good. Of course it could just be boredom and mischief.
