^^Ameen. There is something so strange in this case, like what were the guards and everyone else doing while this woman was butchered to death and stabbed 15 times. Some bloody court! Funny I have not see any newspaper headlines about extremist Christian racist, in fact it is not getting much attention in the none-western papers and blogs.

"islamists" are trying to kill descendants of the savers of Islam So? What is your point, actions and deeds are not inherited in Islam, if your father did good or was a good man, it does not automatically mean you are good or deserve the same level of treatment or respect. An- Najashi was a righteous and just ruler, who against the advise of his council decided to mediate and follow the right path between the Muslims and the Qurashi who were asking for them back. He was a practicing Christian. Current Ethiopia and its whole population could not equal the good in his little finger, nor do they deserve any credit or thanks for anything he did. It is a weak argument. Stuff iyo nonsense waa siid laa yiidi.

I have an appointment with specialist next week Thurs. In the mean time, went to this "specialist" lady yesterday. I think she broke something iyaaduun, weye iga sii daartey, now I have daabar xaanu and bruises from her feed iyo laad. Urban, that makes me hopeful against all odds
-
Fu-Fu, I don't have that machine aan iska kaal riido at home. Pluz I have a feeling if I bend like that I will break in half. Something radical? Had a massage and walked for 30mins, in more pain now than before.

^^Are you telling me something different to what is posted above you?? I can see my abs, (well if I stop breathing I can), they are just not defined or strong. So out of this database here, what is the best thing to do Mr. Muscle And what about the area below the abs?
-
Just did a tiny bit of reading: It is impossible, all of the websites start off with And stop eating the food that is preventing you from seeing your abs: -white bread -pasta -soda -candy -dessert -fast food -hydrogenated oils -sugars -fructose corn syrup Err that is ALL I do ever eat!!! Instead, eat the foods that will help you reach your six pack goal: -oatmeal -olive oil -whole grain breads -fruits -vegetables -nuts -eggs -natural peanut butter -chicken -fish -protein -green tea -water Very few things in that list I can eat. Shiidhouse

^^ You lied, I should sue you! Now get lost. Oh Sheh I need you to take me to that lady and the ones who drills holes in your back. Going for a massage, swim, walk, what ever I can find in the meantime.

Did anyone find any new solutions?? This is killing me. I'm back to square one, went back to belly dancing today and I have physiotherapy booked for next week. My doctor says I should become underweight and build a six pack. Now dieting I can do (I think), but how does one build a six pack?? I don't like crunches/ sit ups (they make me dizzy), is there any other way?? Any help

^^^And the song!!! Someone did not believe me when I tried to tell them that. They got very upset when I asked for the blue flag and anthem back IF the 26th was all about Somaliland, it is only fair we keep whoever celebrates the 26th keeps the flag and song.
-
Okay I understand. Che, I saw some people who were very very upset on the 26th June, that makes no sense to me either.
-
^^^ Or maybe I am just more diplomatic about it .
-
^^^Lets not play games yeah, you implied it. I will have you know that while I refused to take a Somali flag as a present, I still wore blue and white out of respect.
-
Did you just call me a hardcore qabilists??

Marx, that's how you come across, so yes you do need to take it easy, and you don't need to shove Somaliland down people's throats all the time. Don’t blame me for picking up on the image you portrait, if it bias or preposterous, then you need to portrait yourself differently, so you don’t come across as such rather than jumping down my throat. There has always been a tendency to hijack these well intended events by people with pre-mediated evil interest. Paragon, your display of nationalism on the 1st of July was both reckless and unnecessary. This was an event for young people who have no attachment to Somalia and its messy politics. Very nice picture btw. The Event was planned on purpose for this date, so it was not hijacked, flags was being given out as presents. Again you misunderstood, the event was intended to give Somali children a connection to their Somali identity, so while it has nothing to do with politics, it is part of an outreach program to better connect children to families and relatives who still remain. The price money was $100 to their families.
-
Marx there were many people from the north helping out and some of the sponsers. Sometimes it is just about the kids rather than politics. Try to understand yeah. The flag thing and whole July first went over my head to be honest, but the kids were happy and had fun, everyone was fed and had a good time. It was nicely done.
