:D:D:D, the admin should have banned me a long time ago, I don't know how I survive.

Adiga laftigaa baa habaaran, Mogadishu is the evidence.

Yeah, you are the prime example.

Turkey didn't speak out in the past 21 years, so you think they come to you in the name of peace now? Hahahaha, a handout doesn't mean goodwill, if they want to derail the road map, especially re-introducing a central state, then we might as well call it a night.

Aaliyyah;834861 wrote: "what the hell does mugadishu have??" that sounds like an emotional outbrust. Calm down...mugadishu is the capital city of all Somalia. Yadana laga maamulaya every provincial state that includes your puntland maamul. Of course there is a room for each region to take care of its affairs to an extent but overall mugadishu will be the city that will lead the nation. I know that is hard for you to swallow madaamada aad ku khafiiftey puntland but sooner than later you will have to accept it. And that is exactly why everyone is putting their lives in the line for mugadishu. Something you can't seem to comprehend with since you lack simple logic. Dadkaana, I am truly saddened but not surprised. War Muqdisho, what does it have, mixii aduunka uu kordhineesa hadii ii nabad noqoto? "Somaliweyn baa doonaa, my name Khaatumo movement", that's not the issue.

Aaliyyah;834850 wrote: Yes the whole world is concerned about mugadishu's development.. I know you wish puntland was the centre of attention. But, that is not the case. Muqadishu is the capital city of all somalia. Marka iska dhaaf cuqdada , somaliweyn dhinacaga ka raac. The level of ignorance is beyond my reach. What the hell does Mogadishu have, for all of these people to lose their lives, for African Union to lose lives, Turkey, the international community to be involved, use your mind, your Khaatumo bullshit hasn't got anything to do with it, neither has Puntland, waa sheeko kaa weyn since you don't have the brain cells to figure it out. "Somaliweyn, Somaliweyn", war dadkaana waa kaa naxay. @Dabrow, what is the interests in Mogadishu for the international community.

Turkey is a country, it has its own interests, and so has the rest of the world. Why do they care about you, what do you in Mogadishu have that they need so badly for them to lose lives, for the African Union to lose lives. Their centralist view of Somalia will not hold.

Seriously Mr. President when will Puntland declare Independence
Somalia replied to kingofkings's topic in Politics
Khaatumo movement is so irrelevant, no more putting it in the same sentence as Puntland :D This is a bigger issue than small regional politics. -
Dabrow;834820 wrote: Why is that? Mogadishu is coming back to its former glory. It never died as capital of all somalis. Why do you project that? No one cares about Muqdisho, "Boowe, Muqdisho soo kacdey ee", war waa sheeko ka weyn, do you think the whole world is concerned about Mogadishu's development?

Wax laga wanaagsanyahay majirto, this is a blatant attempt to undermine Puntland's local affairs, in this rare instance, Puntland is telling the rest of Somalia, to be left alone to manage its own affairs, war naga fuqa.

uchi;834803 wrote: Seriously where did all that money go? Where did it go, that's a good question, we don't know, but all of it was spend in Mogadishu. I mean we even know how Geedi embezzled money like it was nothing, up to now it's still done and there was a audit report highlighting the corruption of Mogadishu. A 2011 report by the Center for American Progress, Twenty Years of Collapse and Counting, said that, according to a confidential audit of the TFG, "in 2009 and 2010 some 96 percent of direct bilateral assistance to the government had simply disappeared, presumably into the pockets of corrupt officials." http://www.irinnews.org/Report/95480/SOMALIA-Mogadishu-on-the-up

No, I want a federal system, not to break up, on which planet will anyone from Puntland allow people from the south to decide their local affairs for them, let alone decide the wealth of this region, even I'm against this. Puntland will stay strong on this issue, federalism is federalism, if you want a central state then there's nothing left for us as a nation. Which kind of person wants the return of a failed system, that's what I don't understand.
-
Why is it so hard for the TFG and Mogadishu to let Puntland rule its own territory, its own resources as well, if they don't realise that the dream of a central state is finished, no peace will ever spring up in those areas, ruin it for me, and I ruin it for you, that's how Faroole will do things.
-
Mogadishu isn't controlled by all Somalis, it's controlled by Sheikh Shariif's sub-clan, the same ones that were playing around with the constitution. Faroole stood up to them, and wanted it to be left as it was, Puntland won't play around like these other areas of Somalia, if the TFG steps out of hand it will speak up. And if Sheikh Shariif is going to convince us that he amends things because it is for all Somalis then he can take that to Istanbul. Why on earth should the corrupt TFG decide the oil and mineral affairs of Puntland, Mogadishu, the place that sucked up $55 billion dollars of donations and has nothing good to show for it. Every single leader from the south has embezzled money, and now we hear those kinds of people telling us that Mogadishu will decide the future national minerals law, who does Mogadishu work for? Puntland works for Puntland, and Mogadishu works for Mogadishu.

That mother is living the way she is because of people and frame of work that the Turks support, that crisis was there long before Al-Shabaab, long before the ICU and long before any respective governments since the fall of Siad Barre. The game won't affect their situation anytime soon.

Exactly, as stated, those niggas have chosen their side. If federalism and the natural resources bid went as Puntland thought, there would have been no need to run for the presidential election, we would sit back and mind our own business. But now come August, we will be up to our old games, thank Sheikh Shariif.

Dabrow;834752 wrote: Its not an insult its only describing the reality. Im taking to the heart since unlike Chimera I want to see Somalia back(as a whole) This is bad political move. Whats the fuss about? Has faroole not read the Puntland constitution? The national constitution overpowers it and the natural resources should be dealth with as according to the national constitution that Puntland signed and agreed upon.. Its simply a case of sitting on two chairs for Mr faroole. You are contradicting yourself. If the national constitution overpowers it, then how would it be agreed upon with the Puntland constitution?

Dabrow;834749 wrote: You are one sad person. I dont identify me with the leadership in my home region in Somalia and I dont agree with them on many subjects. Puntland are trying to undermine a strong Somali stat to take form and countine this path of regional clan admins who rule their dusty villages like kings. This is zenawis wish and farooles, since they feel threated by a process they think wont suit their agenda. This "my way or the highway" mentality will not be tolerated any longer. The hijacker this time is from Bogusland. Yes, you are right, it's his way or the highway, especially regarding the issue of natural resources, that's where the rift came, he doesn't feel that the corrupt TFG should have a right over the development issues in Puntland, and it is his right. But the boycott won't matter as Chimera said, so you should be laughing rather than taking it to heart. PS. Dusty, is that an insult you can give?
