  1. Oba's "Xamar unuka leh" is fine only under a centralized system, but with federalism in the picture now, xamar will no longer have much appeal to Oba& CO. Oba, good luck convincing a majority of Somalis in your favor.
  2. ^ Waryaa af Soomaaliga baro oo dadka dheh! That's the least you could do seeing how much you frequent these Somali threads.
  3. Jubaland is Jubaland and Puntland is Puntland. I can't see why Faroole needs an invitation to an unfinished job. When the Jubaland government is elected is when Faroole should visit to show his support.
  4. It's no surprise that more and more Somalilanders are slowly coming to their senses. A great majority of people up there know that secession from Somalia was nothing more than a pipe dream, precipitated by laangaabnimo and the inability to tussle for political power in Somalia with the Defeated Lot and Looters Inc. Now that being said, there are some die-hard delusional believers of this rubbish and a small number of brainwashed children that still ardently believe in this clap trap, so it will take some time to re- educate these folk in the art of Somalinimo and if necessary, force them to unlearn such nonsense. I therefore wish the Somalilanders of reason and wisdom, luck with this endeavor.
  5. ^ Lol:D Hey Dr.--- tell them Puntland will soon manufacture its own Tanks and Armoured vehicles to further antagonize them...ha ha ha Xagee bey gali doonaan with the surveillance aircraft Puntland already has, coupled with the soon to be Made in Puntland aircraft carriers?
  6. Horta, after the delegates have read and hopefully understood the contents of the proposed constitution, will they be given an opportunity to amend or refuse some of the articles they might not agree with. Does anyone of you know how this process works? Must ratification first take place before any changes are made to the document? Thanks.
  7. The D block, Qur'an waa iney isa saaraan: Too much habaar, habar-style(pun intended:D)
  8. C'mon Somalilanders of SOL! At first I thought of poking fun at the Doctor's petty point scoring but now that you've all lined up to pretend that the UN's relocation from Hargaysa is somehow good for Somaliland-- I think, is truthfully nothing short of humbug. Sugar coat it as much as you like, but the noose is slowly starting to tighten around the secessionist aspirations of the north, and this new isolation by the UN and the Europeans a month ago is just the beginning. Love it or loathe it, Somaliland will be obliged to respect the territorial integrity of the Somali Republic and to reintegrate itself. And by the way, when I say obliged, I do not mean by force(for fear that you all break into convulsions caused by memories of the late 80s)-- I mean, Somaliland will merely be shown that it is in their best interests to respect the unity and oneness of the Somali Nation, which I believe they will gladly succumb.

A true follower of the dictum that stipulates, me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world, Xaajiga is a purist who isn't into much or anything else. Xaajiga, we salute you. Noolow!
  10. You cannot blame Culosow for trying such a cheap tactic, but nonetheless, I personally believe Saacid will finally succumb to the wishes of the Jubaland folk and return to Mogadishu to deliver the bad news to Culosow.
  11. Osman, while its awesome that you share the material progress of your corner of Somalia, please stop badmouthing Somaliland and showing off, it makes you seem like a mentally retarded individual. By the way, nice pics...keep us updated.

  13. Sillaanyo's recent refusal to attend the May conference is akin to a lady playing hard to get. I too, like the article reiterated, believe he will attend after a few foreign delegates go to Hargaysa to meet with him. And then come May, he will pull out that old card about attending as an independent observer or some such nonsense.
  14. ^ And to think Culosow knew the Somali proverb that says,"Don't set out on a journey using someone else's donkey" ...him being a donkey connoisseur and all.
  15. LOL @ "But that's not an act of cooperation more like that SL was in a happy mood that day." :D:D Walahi Odeygaan caadi ma aha...lol To Xiin: Sillanyo has no choice but to start dismantling the safe haven he's been providing Al Shabab all these years. His whole presidency depends on it, for the Brits & others who rule Somalia will not have it any other way. And kudos to the old man-- this calaacal from the Al Shabab clerics of Hargaysa is proof he is doing a good job so far.
  16. NGONGE;928041 wrote: ^^ Is the theft of weapons a real story? It can't be! Ngonge, The question is not whether the weapons were taken or not. The fact of the matter is that a large number of weapons were stolen from a weapons cache in Villa Somalia, Mogadishu. Period! That should never remain in doubt. Amisom guards of the place caught the act of some men trying to smuggle 11 mortar rounds out and when investigators were sent to the arms depot inside Villa Somalia, it was discovered that a large numbers of weapons were unaccounted for. Certainly Culosow is not directly accused of being the author of this crime, but his complicity is not improbable. I say this for two reasons: firstly, the man is king behind those Ugandan tanks inside and not a spoon or fork can brought in or taken out of Villa Somalia without his prior knowledge and approval, and secondly, it is no secret that Culosow has started to arm certain tribal militias which he feels are more sympathetic to his political views. This man for all intents and purposes is fast becoming another militia warlord, and I think he is proud of that pursuit. You can also see this by the company he keeps, like Indha Cade et al. Birds of the same feather, my friend, birds of the same feather...
  17. Were I to shed light on Amir's explanation of these matters, succinct and clear as they are, it would be tedious to some Culosow apologists on this forum, who know these things already but yet choose to deny them. Suffice it, that by his lucid artistry, and by portraying today's major news events with such few paint strokes, allowing us to quickly discern fact from fiction, Amir has at last, hopefully made certain aspects of Culosow's incompentency and hopelessness clear to some nincompoops who still believe the man in Villa Somalia is running the affairs of the country in a just and professional manner.
  18. Your lame comeback was somehow expected like the day you broke down in tears on this forum? I daresay, I see improvement here..so carry on, Oba....carry on:D

Tillaamok i dare you to show me evidence not somali websites but government officials, saraakiil, waxgarad talking about this and that it really happened. The liberation is going well tillaamok If the liberation is "going well" with the recapture of towns such as Xudun by Al Shabab, then let's all hope we don't get to see when the liberation starts really starts to falter:D Oba, its one thing to support Al Shabab Culosow, it's another to defend his blatant incompetence and mismanagement of the Office of the President. P.S Rest assured, Culosow will be held accountable for the weapons he gave to his anarchist henchmen. This guy instead working to pacify the nation is doing everything in his power to return to the days of mayhem and anarchy in. Xamar.
  20. ^ Waryaa bakh bakhda jooji! Al Shabab Culosow is rearming his colleagues. By the by, how goes the liberation of towns from Al Shaban, Mr. Apologist?
