Thanks Juxa.. peacedoon lool@ canjeelo..canjeelo grows a beard? strange!.. salaam
-
looooooooool@ eharmony.com..naah thats fine you are expressing yourself. You are entitled and it is rubbish that men without a beard are genetically inferior dont listen to that. You can still look manly without a beard. But, it is better to have a beard and it is the sunnah of the prophet csw so try to have one...even if its not as full as you want it..you shouldnt have a clean face thats probably why you look 19 althou you are 25.(I am turning 25 soon. how does it feel being quarter a century??..I think its giving me a depressing feeling it is like im hitting middle age crisis cant put it to words lool)
-
lol I dont know much about growing beards but ask around maybe there is a way..and if you have to wait then wait lol..and as for your comment abt beard making u less pretty and more manly? thats a good thing right? why would you wanna be a pretty man? lool salaam

^LOOOOOOL classic!

^ i agree that reasoning with kids works better growing up my dad never ever slapped me let alone anything else his tone was enough..and it wasnt even that he was yelling but more of like the way he talks maybe the way he emphasized on his words you just knew there was no way around it.............but there are kids hadalku meelkale ka maro. So depending on your child you should know what works best. Haduu madax adakyahay maxaad sameenasa? maybe this white lady had enough of him not listening to her..she saw this as her last resort! who knows.

loved ifrah's answer. Mashallah ..and aww@ 6 nieces and nephews she never met. The story of most somalis..i dont know half of my cousins but they are back home. alle dadkeena oo dhan ha iskusoo celiyo salaam

are you asking our views on that girls shouldn't go to university at all? or they shouldn't go to university away from home? or both. When I get daughters inshallah I would encourage them to pursue higher education. As for going away from home, if they choose to I would allow it. But, I would prefer if they stay home at least in their undergrad years. If you raise your child well I dont see the issue. Your child will mix with the opposite sex at work, at the market, and etc etc...are you always going to be worried? there has to be a time where you just let them make their choices as long as you did your job and instilled in them their dhaqan, diin..oo aad ogtahay in aad shaqadaada kasoo baxday. salaam

like i said she went a lil too far..but they can learn something from her that they shouldnt take lightly when their kids misbehave or lie..you will see many somali moms who cant control their kids..if anything when someone complains to them about their kids they just shrug it off or just cant do something about it.. anyways, what this lady did is cruel. But, I am sure that kid will learn a valuable lesson..to not lie. Caruurta markay inta leegyihiin baa edabta la baraa. caruuta mayaca ah baa khaati iyo alle laga jooga waqtikan. I think it is good to be tough with kids sometimes just not this tough like this lady lol Waxaad ogataan qof ilmahiisa jecleen ma jiro..this lady loves her kid. I am sure she just wants the best for her child. Maybe she is a lil misguided but the ultimate goal she has is like just any parent who wants to raise a good kid..and those of you who are saying maybe she wont be allowed to raise her child after this? ka fakara? ma qof uga wacan bu helaya hoyadiis?? Dont think so! salaam

to be honest somali moms are so soft that caruurtooda dusha kaga socda...I remember one day when I was at the bus stop and this white lady was literally snapping at her 2 years old and she was like talking to her like shes much older waaba ka yaabay...something somalis can learn..caruurta la baby gareeyo ayaanba nacay! and this lady might have went a lil too far..but somali hoyos take notes. Inkasto ilma yar basbaas afka logu shubin at least learn something from her. I just get so mad when I see a somali mom and her kids are acting like shes not even there. salaam

Just because someone wrote in somali or posted an article in somali doesnt mean you have to write in somali. You have the ultimate choice of posting in any language you prefer. English happens to be an international language, so if you do write in English all solers can comprehend what your writing. With that been said, whats wrong with learning your somali? if the reason you dont want to write in somali is because you have a limited vocab. Just saying salaam

somalis always married from other clans. This is not the point. Shekada khaatumo iyo somaliland wa siyasad wayna ka qoto dheertahay waxaas. abtigis dacayad sakhiif ah bu mesha la yimid. maxa tidhi ..horta do you think before you post wa iga suaale.LOL

after SL funded their uncle im assuming they requested him to endorse khaatumo as they say desperate moments call for drastic measures..too funny! ...Khaatumo is a recognized state in Somalia. What your uncle Godane says makes no difference to say the least. Way dhaaftay waqtigi aad umada isku dayi jirteen inaad SSC ku sheegtaan argagixiso. Shekadas idinka bay nigu so laabatay ee ha niga saarto.
