Two days before President Ahmed Mohamed Mahamoud, aka Silanyo, and his eight ministers were due to return to Hargeisa on 17 October, the Minister of the Presidency, Mohamoud Hashi Abdi, was interviewed by HM Revenue & Customs. Mohamoud Hashi Abdi is a former aviation minister and was dubbed Osama by former President Mohamed Ibrahim Egal for his alleged links to Al Qaeda. The British government is particularly interested in his bank account registered in Dubai. According to our sources, the minister told the British tax authorities that there was about a million dollars in this account. The authorities were surprised that despite these assets, his wife lives in government subsidized housing. Even more since he owns a house in Birmingham that he rents out and his daughter owns several luxury cars. They are happy stealing pennies and building a little villa in some foreign country. That said, I guess these leaders are merely reflection of us, the people. We produced them after all. Western capitals and cities not only attract , but encourage looted foreign capital in to their markets, especially housing market. The west coast Canadian city of Vancouver is becoming the most expensive place to live. Local residents are unable to buy houses due to Chinese money. A three bed room condo is selling $2million or more. Wealthy Chinese who either stealing money or avoiding government market regulation are parking their money in the real state. Students with Zero income or retires who declared less than $30,000 in their tax return are buying these houses. Even the Chinese premier who visited Canada this month was asking Canada to sign an extradition treaty to get back the looters. London is probably the premier city for looted money whether it is from Africa, Russia or the gulf. This is seriaes. What you need is to appoint an asset recovery lawyer to investigate all Soomaali leaders, from C/qasim, Rayaale, Siilaanyo and family, and the prime ministers who took the job for the last 12 years.
