This begs the question how could 300-500 well armed people were able to sail from there without being noticed?

Haradheere is controlled by C/kariim Damujadiid. According to these kids, they boarded trucks from Hiiraan and other places .

 

One thing is clear, these so called regions of Galmudug and Djiboutian and Amisom controlled Hiiraan are lawless places of tribal anarchy. Al-Shabaab is operating openly without anyone harassing them.

 

The strategy was probably to enter Puntland without notice and cause havoc. The Damjadiid allied Galmudug let them loose without notifying Puntland.

Xarardheere is controlled by Alshabab for a long time without any one challenging them. Galmudug threatened few times to capture Xarardhere but reality is they are well entrenched there.

saaxiib me and you, we are on the same page. We want free and independent Somalia. On Haradheere, I stand corrected., but why not Galmudug with it's militia and weapons push to take over from Al-Shabaab.?

There is no one more fair and balanced than Galbeedi on this forum. Southern Somalia is not serious about defeating Alshabab. Let us take off the clan koofiad for a minute and have a frank discussion.

It is clear that the war in the South cannot be won because some people don't benefit from its ending.
