The President is copying all kinds of jingles, not the least of which is his use of the word "nomad" as a descriptive term for the Somalis. Aside from previous academia usage, SOL promoted and popularized the term "nomad" for a decade, and I am positive its usage has traveled further off the deep end of SOL battle circles. Or maybe, just maybe, our President is an avid reader of SOL opinion pieces.

Awoowe, this is actually worse than I thought. I forgot the "camel" reference. Despite being on the wrong end of Alpha's comedic monologue, my claim is predicated on the reasonable view that the President threw the great SOL under the bus. Awoowe, it is important we ask a question that has not been asked enough in my opinion. Did our president rip SOL off just like his predecessors?
