U sheeg yaryaruuracaan. Burundi ayaa Soomaaliya axsaan u joogo inay naga dhaadhacsiyaan rabaan.

It ain't my money kulahaa. That money in the name of Soomaaliya lagu bixinoyaa, Soomaali badan dalkeena ku sugan wax u tari lahaa, instead of going straight into Bujumbura and Kambaala. Dhaqaalahaas Soomaaliya ayaa u baahan.

Why loo diidanyahay credible Soomaali army la sameeyo and cunaqabateynta hubka laga qaado. AMISOM hubkee rabto soo dajisan kartaa, but not Soomaalida iyo dowladooda. What kind of twisted logic is this.

Turkiga kun jeer ku mahadsanyihiin. Abaalkoodana milyan jeer lama gudi karo. AMISOMkaas I hope they find another place ay qandaraas ku qaataan, not Soomaaliya. Worse is that Kenyaatiga xataa now wey fahmeen qandaraaska, oo magaca AMISOM ku gambanaayaan now oo ay ku dhaqaalo cunaayaan. It is faleebo qandaraas ah waaye waala isku fahmay.

Chimera

Amisom is still guilty of the 2008/9 shelling of residential neighbourhoods that killed thousands, they are no different from the Ethiopians before them. Just because the international community through policies like the arms embargo are forcing the Somali government to be dependent on foreign mercenaries won't change the unanimous sentiment amongst Somalis that they are a foreign imposed force answering to foreigners, and eating up funds that could have gone to re-establishing a well-equipped Somali force to deal with a Somali problem, remember that Amisom was parachuted there after the illegal invasion by Ethiopia that dislodged a Somali administration that had pacified more land and cities with less troops and resources than Amisom has today, so spare me the herioc sacrifice BS. The Turks on the other hand have been investing in education, healthcare, infrastructure and do not have a single drop of Somali blood on their hands. It's like comparing Apples and Oranges.

Waxaan layaabay oo icajibiyey, sida fiican oo hadana quruxda badan uu wax uqorayo. Hadii uu kow iyo toban jiro, waan iska filayey oo qof intaas jiro ayaa sidaa qurxoon wax u qori karo. :)

NGONGE

God bless Turkey is a shout that can be heard all the way from Cairo to Baghdad, from Khartum to Xalab and now the Turkish good well flight has landed in Somalia.

Erdogan and his party are doing far too much in order to increase and strengthen Turkish influence around the world. Many people (Somalia amongst them) are benefitting from this new policy. However, will the Somali leaders let Erdogan down like Bashar Al Asad did? Will they forsake him like Al Basheer is bound to do? Or will they openly fallout with him like Iraq's Al Maliki is doing? For the same of the ordinary Somalis in the street, I truly hope not.

Turkey is just bitter because they can't get in the EU... this is there way of being a force to be reckoned with.

Any intervention no matter how well intentioned infantilizes us as people.

However i do understand why some people are all about this seemingly symbiotic relationship.

I mean hell, look at Japan during its Meiji Restoration period albeit it now being a soulless society driven by capitalism lol
