It was one man appointed by Siad Barre himself to revise Somalia's history. And what you got is more of the same, clannist nature.

Somalia he called you're king Osman a weak infidel ?

It doesn't matter if he called him a infidel, what matters is the man's actions. That's what we are speaking of. He was the one who fought the British, you did not. That's why he is in the history books. But you didn't touch on the fact that you never were given any attention by the Monarch that you loved so dearly.

So it was men from other clans that were fighting for your freedom, that's where the hatred fundamentally stems from. Heck, maybe it's the reason why you want independence now, maybe you want a second chance at freedom all done by yourself? :D

SNM = "freedom", Think about it. :D

First of all the dervishes were not a clan or a group the entire subclan of president siilaanyo joined the ranks of the dervishes from the top commanders to representatives in ankara. Even the camps where dervishes started was at first in burco 1899 were riots first began. The mullah sided with one of the two tribal chiefs fighting over power in burco. First with sultan cawad diiriye but when he saw he was losing he sided with sultan nuur axmed amaan who later would become one of the top leaders of the dervishes. But the thing is the dervishes were takfiris any one who didn't support them was an infidel the same way the mullah called you're king a weak infidel something you are really proud of. And last but not least they didn't bring somalilands independence they were defeated in 1921 and somaliland gained independence in 1960.

First of all, they were the ones fighting your fight, that's what I said. This is while you were protected by the very same people they were fighting. You are trying to turn this into a clan thing, you people didn't fight alongside him, you fought against him.

Look here :)

Here is the Mullah raiding the same people who are supposed to be his soldiers according to you

All in all the dervishes were not a selective clan or a particular group

I know, the Sayid didn't select people based on clan but his followers were mainly from 2 clans as previous shown.

This quote backs up the earlier one about how the particular clan was not on his side and the story behind it.

r. On 21 January 1920,

‘Z’ unit of the Royal Air Force attacked all of the Daraawiish bases simultaneously. Most of them

had never seen an aeroplane before and were disoriented, their forts were destroyed and they

were driven into the ******* (Hess, 1964: 432). There they regrouped, but were immediately

subject to a smallpox outbreak that killed many. The British sent a delegation to offer peace,

and the creation of a small religious settlement, but determined to demonstrate the strength of

his resolve,
Mohamed ‘Abdille refused, and instead mounted a raid on an Isaak on the

Ethiopian border.

So what does this show you?

First I said you didn't fight with him, then you claimed he was a sick man and that was the reason. Now you claim that you did fight with him against the British.

Pick a side man, just do it.

The point is Somalia the Mullah and his dervishes used to raid all the clans in the north some fought back some did not. Many of them followed him from all clans especially in Somaliland, Were they takfiris yes did they loot and steal camels yes were all people involved yes on both sides.

This Somalia guy has the typical pirate mindset. His world stops and ends with pirateland, but he has the nerve to call himself Somalia. His history is one of subordination to the Italian occupation. His Boqor went to war with the mad mullah on the side of the italians. Whilst members of the Somaliland tribe were part of the mad mullahs movement. His whole logic is one of hypocrisy.

Somali tell us who is more of a nationalist you'd beloved adeer the Ethiopian stooge Yey or the mad mullah?

You have as much point as a blunt pencil. Go back to class Abti and learn about how your history is one of treachery stacked ontop of more treachery. Starting with your stooge Boqor, past on to Yey the worst traitor in history who didn't have the balls to get what did not belong to him like a man but instead cried to his Ethiopian pimps to fight for him. Today we have Faroole the pirate a man without an ounce of integrity. Whilst his cousins are being slapped about his all at see waiting for the next ship.

I love it. Seems to me the only man in post 1991 politics which put fear in your bones was him.

Ethiopian this, Ethiopian that, the secessionists are more treacherous than any other man in Somalia including him and the Ethiopians are in the country today but I don't see you whining about that.

But please, move on, only women hold the past by the balls. He took you, he played you so stop whining.
