Hargeysa (Ramaas) Nov 8,2011 – Guddoomiyaha golaha wakiilada Somaliland Md Cabdiraxmaan Maxamed Cabdilaahi (Cirro) ayaa baaq nabadeed u diray beelaha colaadu ka dhaxayso ee gobolka Sanaag, waxaanu u soo jeediyay inay nabadgalyada wada ilaashadaan, maadaama oo nabadu tahay shayga kaliya ee nolosha suurto-galiya.

This is side stepping the issue, in the 20 something years of civil war, this region has been peaceful. The people of sanaag do not need to be preached about the virtues of peace from all the way in hargeisa but hargeisa must stop interfering with locals. Chino down! Hargeisa down! lol

Am not sure what the Issue of white people have to do with what happened in sanaag as much as am unaware of gangs or foreign intruders as xaji put it but the reality is that there is too much interference from Hargeisa. I am disappointed Silaanyo's solution for these regions is sending agitators
