Couldn't believe this morning I got an appointment booked for tomorrow at the consulate (it was weeks away last time). Wanna test drive the Hilux in the wilderness before it gets hired. ps the GTZ construction reference centre in Ethiopia seems a success from the local buildings...wish the germans were as hepful with us.
