The Somalia national football team, nicknamed The Ocean Stars, is the national team of Somalia and is controlled by the Somali Football Federation. It is one of the weakest teams in the world. The Somali Football Federation(SFF) was founded in 1969 right after the overthrow of the civilian government of Abdirashid Ali Shermarke. In that same year, the SFF became a FIFA member and has been affiliated with the organisation ever since. In 1975 it joined the Confederation of African Football and has been a member ever since as well. SFF is reponsible for organizing matches between local teams and enforcing rules and regulations of the game during matches. The organisation has been functioning ever since its establishment although Somalia has not had a government for over a decade now.

Who designed that kit? Light blue and white are beautiful colours but those designers lost the plot. The kit is tasteless.
