Baydhabo (PP) - Guddoomiyaha Baarlamaanka Shariif Xasan Sheekh Aadan iyo wafdigii uu hoggaaminayo oo dowladda federaalka uga qaybgalaya kulanka dalka Sudan ee ay ku wada-hadlayaan Maxkamadaha iyo Dowladda ayaa ka duulay goor dhaweyd Garoonka Diyaaradaha ee Baydhabo.

 

 

Wafdiga uu hoggaaminayo Guddoomiye Shariif Xasan ayaa waxay ka kooban yihiin 16-xubnood oo isugu jira Wasiirro iyo xildhibaanno, waxaana xubnahaan ay ka qaybgeli doonaan kulankaas iyagoo matalaya Dowladda Federaalka Soomaaliya.

 

 

Xubnaha wafdiga ayaa waxaa ka mid ah: Wasiirka Howlaha Guud iyo Guriyeynta Maxamed Maxamuud Guuleed (Gacmo-dheere), Wasiir ku xigeenka Gaashaan-dhigga Salaad Cali Jeelle, Wasiir u dowlaha Arrimaha Gudaha Maxamuud Sayid Aadan, Wasiirka Gaadiidka Cirka iyo Dhulka Maxamed Ibraahim xaabsade oo ka sii raacaya dalka Kenya oo ay wafdigu ku hakan doonaan.

 

 

Guddoomiye Shariif Xasan ayaa intii aysan ka duulin Baydhabo wuxuu kulammo kula qaatay Madaxtooyada Soomaaliya Madaxweynaha Sooamaliya C/llaahi Yuusuf Axmed iyo Ra'iisul wasaare Geeddi iyagoo meel isla dhigay qodobbada kulanka ay dowladdu hor-dhigayso.

 

 

Wafdiga guddoomiyaha uu horkacayo ayaa la shaaciyay inay caawa ku hakan doonaan dalka Kenya, iyagoo habeen dambe lagu wado inay gaaraan dalka Sudan, dabadeedna ay ka qaybgalaan isla aroorta hore ee maalinta arbacada ah kulanka ka furmaya Caasimadda dalkaas ee Khartoum.

 

 

Kulankaan ayaa ka duwan kii ka horreeyay iyadoo Dowladda iyo Maxkamaduhu ay ka tanaasuleen shuruuddo ay hor-dhigeen laba jeer oo hore shirkaas oo ka furmi lahaa dalka Sudan.

Waxaana uu magaalada Khartuum kaga qeyb geli doonaa kulanka sida weyn loo dhowrayo ee magaaladaasi ku dhex mari doona dowladda federaalka iyo Maxkamadaha Islaamiga.

 

Sida ay shaacisay dowladda Suudaan kulankaasi waxaa lagu wadaa inuu furmo maalinta arbacada ah oo ku beegan 30-ka bisha August.

what the point of sudan in all of this

 

Sheek sharif from the icu want an islamic somali state and yusuf doesent thats where talks always end

^^^The President is of to Libya.

The TFG delegation is led by Sharif Xasan.

The COURTS delegation will be led by someone other than Shiekh Sharif Ahmed [rumour has it]

 

As for the comment above, the whole Courts are based on clan...But you already knew that right.

 

I belive the courts have touched the wall, i.e. they are facing multiple problems, how to overcoem the singe dominance clan perception many hold with regards to their structure?, problems in lower Shabbele, the IGAD troops and fightback of the warlords of Mogadishu.

 

One has to take into account the fact that their prerequiste to talks which was no FT in Somalia has clearly not been met
