I just finished reading this.I recommend it for anyone that wants to know how aid contributes to conflicts in the world and in Africa particular,and how aid organizations become unwilling or involuntary party to the conflict, far from being neutral as expressed in ICRC code of conduct!

Thanks Che , I just placed an order of the book... I shall comment after I read it. I would also recommend a book called "Dead Aid" by Dambisa Moyo.

 

In the other thread when I said "after all he is a Somali", I meant any Somali person is some what clannist that pertains Rageh as well.

I shall go for it ..... love those subjects. I've read "Aid and other dirty business" and the infamous book "Lords of Poverty" some time ago.
