They are very slow and very easy to disable. You don't need a sophisticated weapon to counter this. A well aimed Bazuuka or grinade launcher is enough to disable the Silsiladda. And if you silsiladda is cut, it is unable to move. If its unable to move, it is no safe for the people who are occupying it. Also, bullets from Jeep is enough to make a hole in that tank.
