His initiation of disintegrating what has been left the northern regions attests to it. At least, we should pay credit where it is due, Mr. Silaanyo never hides his true colors and what he stands for. Well done ya President Silaanyo.

He is exactly thinking now as he thought then. 20 years of him is just wasted. Anyone who sees the world through the same lenses at age of 20 and 40, needs to see me because I'VE GOTTEN some drugs

Well put...

Untill the day all old farts are finnished, Somalia will have a problem, Silaanyo like many mad men of his time can think beyond the horison, are consumed by hatred, racism, and clanism.

I am surprised when some naively expect change from 80 year old bigot!

^ Deep down the anarchists know the Mujaahid was right and time has proved him so. Maybe if people listened to the likes of him all the "revenge" massacres that took place in the 90's could have been avoided. If there's anyone in here who thinks Xaaji Axmed's proposal was wrong, I challenge them to come forward and give their alternative ideas instead of the rabbit punches launched so far .

Wabillahi Tawfiiq.

^Warlord Siilaanyo was not only wrong but also foolishly clanist to the core and naive to underestimate the power of a Somali community that's twice as big as his clan. A man from minority group who's proposal neglected and completely erased one of major blocks and groups of the Somali people. This very same naive and ****** warlord claims to be the President of a state that which almost half of it is resided by this community (SSC).

Digusting and cold blooded comment. Now you are justifying warlord Aideed and his ********'s indiscriminate massacre of unarmed woman and children for the sake of this argument. Pathetic indeed.

Isn't it similar if I said, Barre's bombardment of Hargeisa could have been avoided if the SNM did not enter the city nor formed any form of resistence and had had willingly accepted his rule.

^ Qandho please contain your feverish clannish bravado. Read what's written in the link given. I say it's a million times better idea than what took place.

The SNM did rule for an interim 2 years up north. It gave the chance members of your great clan to negotiate and return to places like Ceerigaabo. Why would similar thing being implemented down south by USC such terrible idea to you - considering what did subsequently take place. Waxaagi waa qiiro aad u jaban, yaa Qandho.

What you have up there was Xaaji Axmed 90's solution to save the country. If you have a seen seen something better that could possibly have calmed down the volatile situation the early 90's was, please share it with us. Other wise the exit is --->

^Aside the personal, what warlord Siilaanyo proposed was full of bigotry, hateful and clanish, the idea of two clans ruling and running the affiars of a whole country marginalising the rest of Somali people. And you justified that hatefilled proposal through the lenses of ethnic cleansing.

Now, you don't see the parallel that has with what Barre did to Hargeisa. In fact one can argue that Barre had more legistimacy to run the Somali affairs and take actions as he sees fit since he was the recognised President of Somalia.

Adeer lets agree to disagree, warlord Siilaanyo's suggestion and mindthinking was and still is clanish. That was not a solution for Somalia but the dream of a minority man, nin laciil kaambiyay riyadiisa waaye.

Siilanyu can do nothing to anyone, and the secessionist project has faltered. At this rate Xaglatoosiye will capture Burco without any bother, we have come to know how weak our secessionist countrymen are since the Zaylac landings and the Ethiopian supported battle at Buhudle..

USC & SNM strictly Government? not a bad idea it would have been a superpower to reckon with especially two of the biggest somali cities in the somali peninsula Mogadishu & Hargeysa being in their hands and the biggest ports Berbera & Mogadishu.
