Abu: adeer ask an appropriate question you will get an answer.

The President has the power to name as well as sack the PM, the President has decided its time the incompetence of Nur Cade to be addressed.

Now the Parliment will have to vote on the Presdint decesion, naming and firing PM's and so on.

The Parliment can not as assumed to be done today to approve a cabinet without the President signeture,

Thus all in all nothing happened today that will help Nur Cade and hurt Yey.

NORF: You would not make a good adult...

Norf adeer its simple.

A new PM is appointed, he creates a new cabinet of heavies from within the Parliment.

Parliment sits and votes either endorses or rejects the new cabinet. Which will have the Presidents signeture.

They moved to fast, wasted their money and have achieved nothing...

N.O.R.F

So you're talking about law but ignore the fact that due process has not been followed in the 'sacking' of the PM! You don't know 'your' own constitution saxib.

Told you that you wouldn't make a good lawyer :D

I rest my case smile.gif

The Zack

Duke,

The constitution clearly says this:

"If Parliament, by a vote supported by more than fifty per cent of

its members, passes a motion of no confidence in the Prime

Minister, the President shall dismiss the Prime Minister, and

other Members of the Council of Ministers"

So, are you saying the president is above the law and can overwrite the constitution?

Why are u keep ignoring that question? It has been asked 10 times and you keep saying a new PM is coming lol. How can a new PM come if the old one is not legally out yet? Cajabnaa!

They broke this law here:

8. The Transitional Federal Government shall ensure that the process of

federating Somalia shall take place within a period of two and a half

years from the date that the commission is established;

9. In the event that the Transitional Federal Government is unable to

complete the process of federalism all over Somalia within the

prescribed period of two and half years, the Government shall request

Parliament for a vote of confidence, failing which the Transitional

Federal Parliament shall withdraw its support and a new Transitional

Federal Government shall be formed in the manner set out in this

charter;

What makes you think they will abide by any other>?

Norf + Zack, adeer the law is simple if the PM is incompetent he can be replaced. Now the PM mistake here was that he took a cbinet that does not have the approval of the President to the Parliment this is illegal.

Now the President has outlined the reaosns behind the sacking of the Nur Cade and the need for a competent PM and Cabinet.

Its up to the Praliment to decide if their reject the President proposal or not.

As the attorney General stated the President is within his powers.

The Parliment will vote lads, todays charade is nothing.
