    Stoic thanks for sharing but Bashir Goth is a confused prolific writer. Some of his points have merits but their timing is very bad indeed - people in the north can not rally behind one political entity at this point in time thus, his efforts remain to be fruitless.

    Selective justice will neither diminish the crime nor be a lesson to the larger perpetuators. The moral of the story, the business as usual shall carry on. Justice travesty is if only disadvantaged individuals listen to the tunes of justice.

    Two incidents intrigued me about Siad Barre, the man and the president. One related to him personally, and the other involved members of his government.

     

    In the early 1970s, some of the teenagers in my Isku-Raran neighborhood in Mogadishu told me a bizarre story. Because our neighborhood was mostly dark at night and did not have sufficient street lights, boys used to hang out in front of the old Somali Youth League Center which was well lighted. They said that after mid-night on several occasions they had met President Siad Barre driving his old Fiat 125.

    All you want is to bring my language deficiencies on the surface all to see - there you have it - it means they killed my moment - when you see such beauties you even question yourself if biology is forcing the man to have more than one woman - no gender fight instigation - if my remarks provoked anyone - my apologies in advance.
