A traveling salesman was driving down a farm road when his car suddenly stopped and wouldn't start again. A farmer on a tractor was passing by and stopped to help the salesman fix his car. By the time they were finished, it was almost sundown, so the farmer told the salesman he could spend the night at his home if he didn't mind sharing the bed with his twin daughters. The salesman thought the twins were kids, so he said it was okay. They farmer took the salesman to his home and went into the house. After a few minutes of talking and cleaning up, the men were called to the dinner table by the farmer's wife. As they sat down, the salesman saw the two most beautiful young ladies he had ever seen. The farmer introduced them as his twin daughters. During the entire meal all the salesman thought about was he was sleeping in the same bed as the girls and he was going to have a good time that night. They all finished their supper and the men went and talked while the women finished cleaning up. The salesman couldn't keep his mind off what was to be a good time. Finally it was time to go to bed and the salesman anxiously got prepared. The twins got into the bed, one on each side of the salesman. Just as the lights were going to be turned off, the farmer came into the bedroom and placed one egg on both sides of the salesman. The farmer said, "This is to make sure you don't do anything with my daughters tonight!! If I come in tomorrow morning and find one or both eggs broken, I'll know you did something and I'll shoot you!! You understand? Well, the salesman looked at the eggs, the farmer, and the shotgun in the farmer's hand and quietly replied that he understood. With that, the farmer told them goodnight and turned off the light. During the night, the salesman turned over and accidently broke one of the eggs. "What the hell," he thought, "I'm dead anyway," and screwed the first twin. After several minutes of bliss, he rolled off of her and broke the other egg. "Might as well go out smiling," he thought and had his way with the second twin. When he was finished, he noticed that it was almost sunup and the farmer was starting to stir. Thinking quickly, he looked into his sales bag and got out a tube of superglue and glued the eggs back together. The glue dried quick and the salesman jumped back into the bed and had just put both eggs back when the farmer entered. "I see the eggs are alright, so I guess I won't shoot you. Want some breakfast?" "What are you making?" the salesman asked. Holding up the eggs, he said, "Eggs." "No thanks, I'll eat later, I gotta get going!!!" the salesman quickly said and grabbed his clothes and left. The farmer went to the stove and broke the first egg over the skillet, but nothing came out. He then broke the second egg and again, nothing came out. Extrememly pissed off, the farmer walked out to the hen house and shouted, "Alright...which one of you roosters is wearing a rubber???"

I unveiled in my previous articles the involvement of Puntland leaders in piracy, human trafficking, counterfeit and money laundering. As usual hundreds of angered supporters of these corrupted leaders emailed me with hatred statements, and some vowed to arrest me. These are normal for every fact-finding writer, because Arabic Proverb says “Truth don’t please all”. I underscored the money laundering in Puntland by high-ranking officials of current regime in Garoowe, Puntland. There are money-making machines in Puntland, which make fake money and inject it into local money exchange markets, in order to exchange it with cash US Dollars. At the end, local businessmen particularly money exchangers becomes the victims of money laundering. Majority of government officials own ‘Travel Offices’ that smuggles the people into Yemen against $50 - $100 per head. Thousands of poor Ethiopians and Somalis are carried on small wooden boat, intended to carry lighter cargo, into Yemeni water. The smugglers, with automatic weapon, force the people into the sea water, which results death of thousands while swimming to across the sea. Even, the smugglers shoot anyone who fails to jump into the water. AFP news agency reported many times about the human trafficking in Puntland. It is huge revenues. Later smugglers upgraded their illegal business into piracy, and ride the high sea hunting for commercial vessels at regional water. Tens of ships were hijacked in 2008, and others are still in captivity of the pirates. International community reacted by sending navy ships to protect the commercial movements. Piracy business attracted underpaid police forces of Puntland, and ransom started pouring into the pockets of the pirates and Puntland Administration, which later reshaped the political landscape of Puntland. The big fishes in piracy business won the elections and nominated the president and cabinet. Cabdiraxman Faroole, newly nominated president of Puntland, is big fish in piracy. Former President of Transitional Government of Somalia and Member of Puntland Politicians Abdullah Yusuf led effort to free hijacked Yemeni ship during end 2008. This effort started after Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh pressed Yusuf to release the ship. Abdullah Yusuf convinced the pirates to release the ship, and was later set free. Pirate leaders in Puntland helped Yusuf to free the Yemeni ship, and negotiation changed into family business (Father-to-Son), because Yusuf and many officials in Puntland like Faroole are big fishes in piracy. Let us go back to the topic of the article, Recently, Somali online newspaper called ‘Waaga Cusub’ published report over recent bomb attack in Bosasso, Puntland. The report received reliable sources from secret intelligence of Puntland. The report unveils new alliance between Puntland President Cabdiraxman Faroole and his Minister of Interior Affairs Colonel Ilka Jiir in one side and Al-Itahad Al-Islamiya other side. Al-Itahad Al-Islamiya is terror group, and blacklisted in US State Department. The group has links with Al-Qaeda, and carries out armed struggle against western interests in Horn of Africa. Also, the group is fighting against Ethiopian forces inside Ethiopia, and demands establishment of Islamic State in Ethiopia. The Kat – a toxic green grass – traders carried out the bombing, after Puntland regime increased the tax tariff on Kat. In other hand, the regime lowered the tariff on products that Al-Itahad Al-Islamiya businessmen imports in to Puntland. This led Kat traders to create violence in major cities of Puntland. Puntland regime reduced the tax on Al-Itahad owned products in an attempt to support their business. These Al-Itahad companies finance terror campaigns in the region. The report revealed money laundering, where these Al-Itahad owned companies installed making machines in Puntland. The companies include Golis Company and Maruuf Company…etc. They monopolize the local market and create inflation, which makes the living of the poor much difficult. Report went on saying Puntland President Cabdiraxman Faroole is member of Al-Itahad Al-Islamiya - terrorist group. Faroole used piracy ransom and financial aid from these Al-Itahad owned companies to finance his campaign. Faroole bribed the Puntland MPs and they elected him for presidency. OUAGADOUGOU (AFP) — An Ethiopian film bringing to life the horrifically brutal 1970s and 1980s regime of dictator Mengistu Haile Mariam has taken top honours at Africa's main film festival. "Teza" by US-based, Ethiopian-born director Haile Gerima was the jury's unanimous choice for this year's Golden Stallion of Yennenga, the award for best film at the gathering in Ouagadougou, considered Africa's Oscars. The beautifully shot film switches between past and present as it tells the story of an idealistic scientist who studied in Germany in the 1970s before returning to Ethiopia during the Mengistu era. It deals with big themes such as emigration and dictatorship, racism and war, also the position of women in Ethiopian society -- but Gerima manages not to preach to his audience. As the director could not be in the Burkina Faso capital to pick up the award himself, it was accepted on his behalf by his sister Selome Gerima, who co-produced the film. "Haile asked me to convey his hapiness," she said upon accepting the award. Earlier on Friday, Selome Gerima had told AFP how she and her brother had struggled for 14 years to bring the epic story to the screen and explained why there had been such an emotional response in Ethiopia, where the film has played to packed out audiences since its January 3 premiere. "It is a very sensitive film and it makes you remember what it was like (under Megistu). Many people have forgotten but when they see the film they remember. When we show the film people come up to us afterwards to tell us, 'I've lost my brother' and so on." The runner-up Silver Stallion at Africa's biggest film festival, also known as FESPACO, went to South-Africa's John Kani for "Nothing but the Truth". Adapted from a play, it explores a librarian's experiences with racism in South Africa during and after the apartheid era. The Bronze Stallion went to audience favourite "Mascarades" (Masquerades), an Algerian comedy about a boy who invents an imaginary rich suitor for his narcoleptic sister. The RFI audience award went to Burkinabe director Missa Hebie for "Le Fauteuil" (The Armchair). Moroccan documentary "Nos lieux interdits" (Our forbidden places) by Leila Kilani about political oppression in her homeland took home the award for best documentary. Thousands of filmmakers, actors and film lovers from all over the continent have descended on the dusty capital of Burkina Faso over the past week for the festivals 21st edition. Over 300 films, shorts and documentaries were screened, although this year many festival goers and locals grumbled that free open air screenings -- which gave previous festivals a good helping of local charm -- were banned. With cinema's closing all over the continent and filmmakers complaining that the public is abandoning homegrown films, festival organisers decided to ban open air movies to lure people back into cinemas. But with ticket prices between 300 CFA francs (45 euro cents, 57 US cents) and 1,500 CFA francs (2.28 euros, 2.87 dollars), most residents of Burkina Faso, one of the world's poorest countries, simply cannot afford the movies. Forty-six percent of Burkinabe live on less than one euro (1.25 dollars) a day, according to national and UN statistics. The result of the new policy was that cinema goers were mostly festival participants or western film fans who travelled to Ouagadougou for the event.
