If the Kacaan built anything in Waqooyi Galbeed and Bari, it wasn't doing any particular people a favor. It was its JOB to do so! I think Somalis will be served if they become a little more reflective and not blindly defend someone or some movement. Barre Administration had its good and bad, and definitely contributed to the downfall of the Somali State. We need to acknowledge and accept our misdeeds in the Somali debacle before we could move on.
