  2. ^It's only game and was caught up in the moment.
  3. There's annual membership fee paid in the form of "listening to NGONGE's rants", Xiin's pursuit of minyar and Haatu's love for desert village called Gariso but otherwise-Welcome!
  4. Originally posted by NinaNC: I agree with Che, Mogadishu is the biggest price! How dare you-my clan capital is better. I was being nice earlier Since I'm not from Hargeysa or Bosaso and can't match these people's faan iyo booto. Let me look for new clan capital and find kuwa qeelo badan
  5. This doom and gloom will not materialize.Certainly dems will lose seats but not to the point Nancy Pelosi will be unseated as the speaker. Here comes the terrorist threat-nice timing
  6. With all due to respect, you give these people too much credit and you don't seem to appreciate AS way of thinking. Godane have no problem blowing up Hargeysa or anywhere else in Somalia. It's that the battle for Mogadishu is more important than launching attacks against secessionists. Mogadishu is the biggest price! Just what would have been your logic when Ceyrow was leading the fight?
  7. ^What did Duke actually said for you to come to that conclusion?
  8. ^Don't know how they spent but they are trying to reform but at snail's pace. NGONGE-You are right about one thing-when it comes to money insanity, jin possession and incompetency is not good defense strategy. You are better off employing such strategy in capital murder cases than in corruption cases.
  9. This has nothing to do with the topic but I thought it was funny and it could happen to some guys.Interestingly, this is from Nina's topic in Women section
  10. You gotta give to Nina-odayaashaan ka jaqjaqsiisey
  11. NGONGE-There won't be any flying Jinn but this brings into a question his state of mind. Was he Jinn obsessed or clinically insane for temporary period-It's only important to society insofar it establishes a precedence. P.S. Seriously, Suadis should codify their legal system.
  12. Good lord ten pages and no agreement on this matter? To make things easier, What's the mean "beating"? And please don't make case of "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true." Advertisement
  13. NGONGE-I have heard and seen more absurd cases that actually created doubt in the jury or the judge minds. Don't get fixated on the societal state of mind. I think we have established and can agree on the Suadi's legal system and its inherent biases derived from cultural experience but wrongfully employ religion as the basis for any judgment that's passed down onto convict. Look at from the individual's perspectives-the fact that he gets people talking is working to his advantage. LoooL@Sayid-It's case of if it smells like duck, quacks like duck, then it must be duck haye.
  14. Originally posted by NGONGE: ^^ You believe someone can actually be possesed by a jinn? It doesn't matter what I believe or for that matter what anyone else believes. You are looking at this from the wrong angle-the question is what would such claim help this man's legal troubles no matter how absurd his claim might be? From the looks of it, his case is setting precedence.
  15. “under a magic spell” Smart man actually-This is the equivalence of claiming temporary insanity in the American courts. Of course, the situation had to be tailored to Saudi minds and he did beautifully. The judge said he was later cured of the spell through “ruqya”, healing through Qur’anic recitation. The good judge took a prescribed medications and his sanity is restored The words of the Jinni can not incriminate the judge as the temporary insanity is the simply the manifestation of schizophrenic mind with multiple personalities. The judge had no help with his situation. Now who's to say which personality took the bribe?
  16. Perhaps Maalinta Nadaafadda. May 18?
  17. Either case, there's something wrong with that picture.
  18. That was the last WC I watched in Xamar-who could forget Milla and the Dutch trio. The 90 World Cup was the last WC some countries will ever play-by by Czechoslovakia
