It's a dance to hoodwink people. Every five years is the same dance. For every new president, the first three years is drama free, the next two is the dance, and then comes the 1.5 or 2 year extension. It never fails. At the end of the day, the citizens are to blame as they don't demand any accountability. Same story is repeated in every Somali region including NFD and with the exception of Somaligalbeed.
