  1. Allies? lol Kash, this is Somali politics bro There's no such thing as allies.
  2. I'm very sorry, but the Yey/Geedi camp said they wanted to "crush the rebels" from the very beginning, and ACTED on it by bringing 30,000 Ethiopian soldiers in. Shariif always said he wanted Shabaab to come to the table, and even now when he is besieged he hasn't asked Ethiopia to step in.
  3. All I want from my wife: that she plays the piano for me (or some other musical instrument), that she gives me beautiful kids, that she has witty conversation with me, that she cooks for me. Other than that, she can do whatever she wants with whomever she wants.
  4. Personally, I think they're banning football to recruit more young teens. If you can't play sports, maybe you'll be more down to fight. However, it's not the most important thing right now. What's truly serious is trying to overthrow the government when you've been given several chances to participate.
  5. It's about time Turki put that sniveling hyena Aweys in his place. But wait! Aweys is on the low, muja-hiding in Asmara.
  6. That's an oversimplified view of the situation. As much as it hurts me to say this, Somalis have been causing problems for themselves at least as much as foreigners have.
  7. Of course you're right, but the mujahidiin of AshShabaab who fought for their country only existed in 2007-2008. Right now you can hardly call em that anymore.

I don't care much for them.
  9. Originally posted by Somali Pirate: the mujahid does not fight for power or wealth. he fights in the cause of allah. I agree with you wholeheartedly. And that's exactly why Shabaab/Xizbul Islam have lost their mujahidiin credentials. Also you haven't answered my question. What do you think of the "kaffir" aid workers? And do you honestly think that Somalia's problems are to be blamed on foreigners?
  10. I don't really have a problem with this, unless they use it on kids and old people.
  11. "Two sugars please" Yusuf, Shabaab and Xizbul Islam can all go roast in a very warm place which awaits them.
  12. Then why not kick out or even kill those kuffar aid workers who risk their lives to help people in need? You complain about disbelievers ruining Somalia, but look at how many people are eating the disbelievers' bread, and look at what Somalis have been doing to each other for almost two decades. I agree that "the disbelievers" have a certain share of the blame, but you can't put all of it on them. Far from it, actually.
  13. Also, to address the original topic: the President has called for "action" and "support", he hasn't called for any troops. But your effort is admirable, Duke, since after all the best propaganda is a twisted truth.
  14. Originally posted by General Duke: Compare when Abdullahi was at the helm to today. You're digging your own grave with that statement, homie. What's happening right now is a power struggle. But when "two sugars please" Yusuf was in power, and 30000 Ethiopian soldiers ruled the country thanks to him, Somalia as a whole rose up to expel the cancer. Right now the immune cells are confused and attacking each other, but the original illness was the old guy. Shariif is a President, whereas "two sugars please" Yusuf is a profiteer.
  15. lmfao "Two sugars please" Yusuf used to bring the Ethiopian generals their coffee @ Villa Somalia
  16. ^co-sign But I don't expect anyone in the anti-Shariif camp to actually address these arguments. They'd rather rely on fantasy and emotion.
  17. They want to ban sports so that more teenagers join their forces.
  18. Originally posted by Naxar Nugaaleed: and yes thank God am not because you would be banned by now. looooool for what exactly?
  19. There's a difference between fighting against Shabaab and fighting for their country. The two aren't necessarily related. See, Shariif is fighting against Shabaab AND fighting for his country. Ahlu Sunna is fighting against Shabaab period.
  20. Originally posted by Naxar Nugaaleed: If I was a moderator, i would delete claims like the one you made. Fortunately for all of us, you aren't a moderator. Stop pretending to be shocked. Claims a thousand times more fantastic than mine have been made on this forum, repeatedly, and yet you weren't there to whine about it. If you have some blood duty to Yusuf just come out in the open and say it, otherwise give your act up.
  21. Just give them a taste of power and you'll see how quick they turn from "brave sufi mystics defending their hometowns" to "rebel group trying to overthrow the government"
  22. today's ahlu sunna = tomorrow's shabaab
