  1. If hanging around with fat friends makes one fat, how about if my ugly friends hang around me? Will they automatically get better looking?
  2. Farax B, cagta saar wadadda.. A must have skill for 21st century Girls of all ages: - Cutting a man's leg, or when necessary both. (Lugooyadiisa uun ka shaqee, wuxuuu kaa daba leeyahay, hididi hidiiidi) .
  3. ^ Only if he's been to Haj you can call him a xaaji otherwise it's dambi or so I heard. Can't stand women using those insanely absurd ninkaygii/odaygaygii terms. Af-Somaligu waa sexist language, why didn't they make the reputable word "xaas" gender-neutral one? Nin baa malaha afka qoray. As for me, I say [insert his name] wuxuu yiri, and if I get asked who the hebel is I tell'em: my husband. Naa kasban-kana kumuu ahaa markii la i yiraa baa war jiraa.

Biixi: It isn't that we want to jump your bones. It maybe the simple fact that we think you are nice to look at, or in your case butt ugly!! We tend to stare at ugly beings as well (human nature.)

Sahra Ahmed riwaayad hadaad tagto waxaad arkaysaa ummaddan oo dhan oo stage-ka u wada saaran, wiping the sweat off her face, qaar way babinayaan. 7. Na'ah. No way they're settling for a 100 year old man. Try again yaa good Xiin. Maybe they should do a reverse Anna Nicole Smith, and marry one that is 63 years younger than them, of course they will have to wait for him to be born. But it's worth the wait.

  10. There is so much history of alcoholics in my family (uncles and aunts) I’m not interested in going that route.
  11. Geel_jire, adaaba is cajabiyee, waa ka helay runtii. What would be the point in saying that you're ugly? You should never put yourself down, there are plenty others out here more than willing to do it for you. So, on that note I think you're pretty obnoxious egotistical classically handsome.
  12. What a xoolo you are, P...didn't tell me you had a birthday impending. Have the very happiest of days my true and dear friend.
  13. Ax! and there I thought she was taking beer drinking survey. Waan soo lu'goay iyo nus.
  14. "This will be a lesson for other trouble makers," Barise said. Lesson kulahaa! 'tis far from being over. Every act of violence perpetuates more violence. There are years, and years and years of blood shed to look forward to haddusan cadowga Allah dhaqso naga qaban. And don't let those dowlad ku sheeg tell you otherwise! Yarka dhintay iyo inta kalaba Allaha u naxariisto.

  16. BROWN: I feel honoured to hold the dheelo title. Thanks yaakhey. You too have the beauty and swiftness of an ostrich.
  17. each one will claim she is the most amazing beauty that ever walked the earth, yawn yawn. Maybe, they wouldn't be so conceited about their looks had their gorgeous male folk stopped singing songs in praise of the beauty of cattle, their colours, and the delicacy of their beef. Anba waa isku heesi lahaa haddii nin aan ii jeedin oo eri, geel & lo' u heesaayo kaliya aan haysan lahaa.

  23. Aliyah wrote: If she chooses to send her three months old baby to a daycare, no one really has a say in it. In that scenario, we should all support one another; a woman has the right to send her child whether he is one or 10 to daycare. and then: I honestly don't agree with those who send their young kids to daycare, I won't even ask.. but know this, no one, regardless if a mother has made the choice to stay at home or work, has the right to say she is not doing what is best for that child. It's easy intaa meel la fariisto sidan baan yeeli lahaa, ama sidan la yiraah. Maka fikir-tay inay some mothers haysan the luxury of being able to afford the day to day things in life that they need, by her staying home? That for some, staying home means living on badhar and jam or noodles and water? Waa itayan ku qabsan. Can most mothers (married or single) these days (no gov aid or help) afford to stay home and still have all the necessities, and not struggle day per day to make ends meet? Nonetheless, I 110% agree that most kids should be raised by a loving, caring and attentive parent, but we also must be realistic. My point with this discussion about stay-at-home-mom vs working mom is that both work for different reasons, and saying one is better for kids than the other is wrong and insulting to those parents who choose the opposite of what one believes.
