^And you didnt answer my question?
-
Saxb, Yeah, TFG is weak, and it's the best chance Somalia had in years. But why do you support secession?
-
^keep up the positive energy, it is good, maybe you see hidden coded message?

^let us just say some people have reversed the momentum!

"Certainly Jendayi's [Frazer's] meetings fall solidly within that category, and it's a policy we are going to continue to pursue," said Sean McCormack. "We have interests in fighting terrorism in Somalia as well as in the Horn of Africa. Part of trying to bring about some greater stability in Somalia , writ large, involves working with the political parties , encouraging the political parties and political leaders in Somali to come together." This is a serious blow to secessionists, I hope the guys who used to cry over here, don’t get heart attack! Again job well done for all those who showed their support, and protested against the secessionists' plan! Keep it up.

Flying the flag for Somali peace Asli Hassan Abade is respected by warlords and faction leaders When the transitional Somalia parliament chooses a new president on Sunday, Asli Hassan Abade will be there to "represent the voiceless". Somalia's only female air force pilot has been waging a one-woman peace campaign, since the last attempt to choose a government in 2001. She attends every major function, holding the Somalia flag aloft and wearing a dress made from the flag. Somalia has been without a functioning national government since 1991. "I'm a voice for the voiceless," she told the BBC's Network Africa, saying that women and children have been the main victims of the 13 years of fighting between rival warlords. "Men love to fight, I'm sorry to say," she said. She often stands still, holding the flag, for five hours or more while the politicians debate and make their speeches, hoping that her presence will make it more difficult for the squabbling politicians to scupper a deal. She says with her military background, she is "a strong lady". The BBC's Caroline Karobia, who has been attending the Somali peace talks in Kenya, says she is well respected by all the warlords, faction leaders and Somali politicians. "Everyone greets her and some bow their heads to the Somali flag she holds," our correspondent says. So will this peace deal succeed where more than a dozen others have failed? "I can smell the peace," Asli says. E-mail this to a friend BBC

Somalia: Protests against hyperinflation in major Puntland cities 16 Jan 16, 2008 - 9:36:25 AM BOSSASO, Somalia Jan 16 (Garowe Online) - Hundreds of protestors poured into the streets in Somalia's Puntland region on Wednesday to demonstrate against hyperinflation, which has severely impacted the price of goods. The largest market in the port city of Bossaso, Puntland's commercial capital, was shut down today as traders and consumers alike took to the streets, demanding that the Puntland government do something about false currency that has devalued the Somali Shilling in the region. The dollar exchange has reached new heights in the region, negatively affecting the flow of commerce. One dollar was exchanged for 26,000 Shillings today, according to Bossaso traders. Bossaso: Puntland's commercial capital Last week, the exchange rate stood at 21,000 Shillings. Residents told Garowe Online the most impacted goods include the price for food and gas. A group of traders met with Puntland officials in Bossaso midday today to express their anger with the continued flow of false currency into the region, sources said. Haji Bakin, Puntland's deputy security minister, told reporters after the meeting that "some Puntland businesspeople" are directly responsible for printing and importing the false Shillings. He warned that such businesspeople will be arrested and their property confiscated if they continue their illegal activities. Puntland police chief Col. Abdiaziz Ga'amey said some protestors, mostly youth, attempted to take advantage of the demonstration in Bossaso by throwing stones and placing objects along major roads. Bossaso police forcefully dispersed such crowds, although peaceful demonstrators were allowed to continue their protest, sources said. Some of the Bossaso businesses reopened Wednesday afternoon, although the money exchange centers remained closed. But a decree issued by the Puntland government later today banned all public protests in Bossaso until further notice, a government news agency reported. In Galkayo, the second-largest city in Puntland, a similar protest took place today but soon turned violent, according to witnesses. Galkayo protestors took to the streets demanding immediate action against criminals responsible for the hyperinflation, but some protestors "were armed," witnesses said. Police sources said the armed protestors fired on officers trying to clear off the roads, sparking off a brief exchange of gunfire with police. Some Galkayo businesses were damaged in the exchange. Casualty reports could not be immediately verified, but Galkayo residents said the city is tense. The Puntland government has been ineffective in taking tough measures against those responsible for the false Shillings. Independent sources who spoke with Garowe Online say government officials are unlikely to take action and are partially to blame, because they are "involved" in the false Shillings affair themselves. In July 2007, protestors threw rocks at the presidential palace in Garowe, the region's administrative capital. Even then, they were demonstrating against hyperinflation. Source: Garowe Online

Marka Caddey is beautiful,waw...

Haa brother,Adde's team are big thieves. All they want is quick money, But Dahabshil as a big company should not be involved in this dirty business, which is badly affecting the poor people.
-
lol,
-
Very bad, it must stop, Actually Dahabshil takes a big part in distributing the fake currency, after being printed in Bosaso, Adde's militia takes to Dahabshil , where it is then distributed.
