Jubbaland is a bufferzone for Kenya no matter who is at the helm but it can be transformed into serving Somalia interests and being connected to Mogadishu instead of Nairobi. But it will require a total makeover and re doing everything from the start. If you are building a house the foundation must be good but in the case of Jubbaland is not stable and will crumble.
