Juje, the constitution gives the President the authority to name and fire a PM if that one has committed grave harm or has failed in the job he soar an oath to. Its very simple really, the PM can not name a cabinet without the Presdient approval. The fact there was no vote other than noise and a fake hand count makes this null and void on two counts. Now the constitution is clear and the attorney general has also made it clear that the President has the right to sack the PM and send this to Parliament who can then vote on it.
