Miyir she never said anything new the US is trying to find solutions for Somalia, this has no real ramifications for Somaliland. Miyir you are missing point there is no crack in Sl the country comes before party politics Somaliland and these youth are having a beef with their elders and they differ in politics they are of the same clan but differ in politics. in Somaliland there is no such thing as clan x versus clan b.
