  1. ^^ Only heard about those miners now. Lets hope we get brought out of our mine soon too.
  2. ^^ It keeps getting crazier and crazier as each hour passes. Been following the news for the past three days now. Can't remember what happened on the first day!

The same trend is replicated all over the country with Aidid and Yusuf assuming power in other enclaves. Ever been with a group of friends and some strangers tried to provoke you, Che? Your friends get angry and try to get into a fight but you try to calm them down and say "war naga daaya" but the minute the first punch is thrown you are found at the forefront of the battle! Sheekado waa intaa dee. Siilaanyo said "naga daaya" once upon a time but now he's leading the charge. Politics is about events not just ideas. Wax fahan.
  4. Former Liverpool and current Inter Milan manager Rafael Benitez has expressed his delight that the takeover from NESV can now finally be complete and has indicated that the move should allow the club to become stable. "Today I am so happy for the people of Liverpool, finally the club can move forward and get stability," the Inter Milan boss said
  5. ^^ Stop being a xaasid warya. Jb, dee maxay ahaayeen? International donors gartay but what sort of International? IMF? World Bank? UN? What?
  6. Good stuff. Good speech. But what is this 'donor delegation'? What donor?
  7. ^^ Standing outside courts is foolish. I would not have done it even if it were next door.
  8. Played in both matches and recieved rave reviews. War bahasha barta dee.
  9. A judge has ruled against Liverpool's owners in a High Court decision that brings the club closer to being sold to the owners of the Boston Red Sox. Judge Christopher Floyd ruled Americans Tom Hicks and George Gillett have no power to stop their boardroom rivals, who sanctioned the sale last week. The board agreed to sell the debt-ridden Premier League club to New England Sports Ventures for £300m. But the current owners claim the price undervalues the club. More to follow. BBC.COM
  10. On the matter of the unity of Somalia (or Sudan) Arabs really don't have much of a say. However, for the sake of southern Somalia's people, I do hope they deliver that ten million they promised.
  11. ^^ Naga daa dee. Mala Hargeisay aheed. In Burco that imaam would have got a beating or one of the kids would have jumped in front and led the prayers anyway.

Their notorious for given nonsense advices. You should have been more understanding and wrote a love song or something. James Brown works well in such instances. Prticularly when says "take it to the bridge".
  14. I am glad I don't live there. Snakes on the ground and mice falling from the sky. A bloody nightmare I tell ya.
  15. Done it once with three Arabs. The loudest one got to be Imam. It was Maghrib. He read suurat Al Naas. When he got to "Men Al Jinnati wal naas" he got it wrong and said (as many people do) "Men Al Jannati wal naas". One of the guys corrected him. He still repeated the line wrong. The guy corrected him again. He got it wrong a third time. The guy shouted "Men AL JINNATI wal naas, ya ximaar". They had a fight there and then and I had to break it. Meanwhile, the fourth guy was still standing in his place unsure of carrying on or stopping. I recall that scene every time I pray taraawix.
  16. ^^ Ibti just wants to see another picture of a goat. Wax fahan.
  17. A scene that most people missed at the recent world cup. Arsenal's Eboue understands Korean.
  18. YNWA Rafa Rafa Benitez will take precautions against the speed and ability of Inter's next opponents in the UEFA Champions League, Tottenham Hotspur. The former Liverpool boss knows all too well the qualities that lie in the Spurs camp having had a few of the players under his watch at the Reds. "Tottenham is a strong team with speed, quality and passion. They have quality players like [Peter] Crouch, Robbie Keane who I had at Liverpool and [Gareth] Bale is doing very well," Benitez told TMW. "Tottenham are very dangerous as a team because of their speed and the ability to develop counter-attacks." Benitez joked about the problems he is now having in everyday life after making his move to Milan with Inter after coming from Liverpool. "At my presentation they gave me two ties, a black and blue one and one white. I couldn't take the first one because it's the same colour as Everton. The other day I went to buy an umbrella. I could chose between a red, blue and green one. Agata [his daughter] liked the red one but I couldn't buy it because Inter is blue. So I bought the green one," Benitez laughed.
  19. ^^ War ninko sido lahaa "Hadii aanan dhulkaygow.." ayuu Al Shabab iska raacay. Great stuff, dangerous stuff.

War wasiirka daaya, farxaada wasiirnimada ayaa wali ku jirta. Still, how big is the man's ego that it makes him suspend an entire TV station just because they didn't pick up the phone? And why was HE phoning anyway? Does he not have assistants who do summon poeple for him? Fii shay! I reckon the president should set up a committee to investigate. The Faroole disease is bloody spreading.
