  2. Asalamu Calykum Jasmiine, Welcome with open arms, yeah there is alot of respect here...i guess but people were alot friendly when i was first came, i guess what i am trying to say is the people who made this the way it is either have abadoned it or rarely write. But then again this place will always be better than Somalinet that's for sure. Salam
  3. Asalamu Calykum finestsista, I think "played" is an understatement, i don't know if what i am going to suggest has already been suggested considering the fact i have only read your posts and a few others. I say let go them both.....okay, reason being Mr x wants a relationship you want a friendship those two just don't combine. Mr y despite the fact he sounds like a jerk i really think you were a joke to him....sorry girl thats just the vibes i got . Second reason he seems to have some sort of apgraphobia towards Somali people.......not a good sign if a guy like that was so desperate to escape without being seen he obviously trying tot hide something unplesant.....maybe his evil intentions. Salam
  4. Asalamu Calykum my fellow nomads, I have a show coming on in four minutes so i better make this snappy. Do you guys really believe in "soulmates" personally i don't, I believe you would probaly find the "one" in every continent the real challenge is if your able to track down this so called "soulmate". I think if i went to Toronto, London, Somalia, Sydney or wherever i would probaly pick dozens of bachelors who would all fit perfectly under my category of the "one". Do you really believe in the prospect of one person out ther for you? okay my four minutes are up. Salam
  5. Asalamu Calykum Sweet_gal, Thanks for that my dear sister much appreciated
  6. Asalamu Calykum, Indeed an interesting topic, I would never and i mean never forgive an unfaithful partner  I have never been cheated on.....well that's beacuse i have never dated. But if i did and were cheated on i would not forgive him. It's as simple as this he decided to cheat and i decided to leave and not forgive. salam
  7. Asalamu Calykum, Ruba from Aruba, It is better to read the then watch the movies, maybe that way not so much patience is required. Mire, Different style you pefer Somali maybe i will try that too. Salam

Asalamu Calykum, There first things that come to mind have already been said but mainly what Cospiracy, OG_Moti and Ruba from Aruba said.
  15. Asalamu Calykum, According to Libaax he is somwehere in Africa.
  16. Asalamu Calykum, For those people who misinterpreted what i was trying to say, I do not recall myself saying once that i am for Feminism or believe in what it stands for, i clearly stated that it wants the same rights as men but do not remember saying it wants the same roles which quite frankly is impossible. I do not see in the least how it is trying to be like Men  Like i said it does not effect the Muslim community for we believe in equality.
  17. Asalamu Calykum Subaan, I agree with you Arab leaders are nothing other than naive fools What makes them think that America is really in Iraq for their best intersts? and the only want to "liberate" them. Don't they realise America wants to conquer the middle east......actually Islam. They are disgrace to human race the least they can do (which really is too late) is to assert themselves. After the September eleven attack, a prince in Saudia Arabia offered money to New York city which the former Mayor rejected, i mean why not offer it to the many Muslims suffering around the world the poor people in Palestine, Chechneya and else where. Sometimes these Arab politicans make me really angry.
  18. Asalamu Calykum, Those poor Iraqi people i pray for them may Allah bless there souls, as for those "Allied forces" may their casulties multiply.
  19. Asalamu Calykum, I am ever so glad somebody started this topic, there was a little but annoying change that i wanted to bring to attention when i loged on it no longer says Asalamu Calykum Jamilah but hello i know it doesn't seem much of a difference but like i said i find it annonying and another change all the people i admired left....... who was it that Irish dude oh yeah nuune and there was girl-of-ur-dreams and there was someone else anyway i miss them they had interesting ideas and opinions. that's basically it........SALAM
  20. To think this started with Canada and went from Mother, school, food, grave and mentally disturbed.....ok anyway my word. Mentally disturbed= George W Bush
  21. Lovely me, That's a nice poem
  22. Suuban, I agree with........seriously, what did they thought? America and Britain would listen to their orders and if they really did care about Iraq they would have took action a long time ago or atleast tried a bit more.
  23. Jewel, Feminism is the belief and aim that that women should have the same rights power and opportunties as men and as far as i am concerned Islam believes the same thing. So....this whole feminism thing shouldn't really be a problem with the islamic society seeing they treat their women in dignifying respectful and honourable manner. Salaam
  24. Thanks for that sister......much appreciated
  25. Jazakallh khayr brother......Amiin. We make Dua for you for starting this topic.
